Asimismo, se les reiteró que en caso de que contaran con detenidos por más de un año, debían dar prioridad al señalamiento respectivo.\n\nLa máster Laura Villarreal Loáiciga, Jueza Coordinadora del Juzgado Penal del Tercer Circuito Judicial de San José, mediante nota del 5 de agosto de 2016, remitió el siguiente informe:\n\n“Reciban un cordial saludo y conforme lo dispuesto en sesión de ese honorable Consejo del 24 de febrero del año 2012, en su artículo XXXIV, me permito rendir informe sobre las personas detenidas por más de seis meses de la siguiente forma.\n\n \n\nExpediente No.14-00207-1219-Pe, contra Cascante Hidalgo Esteban, Zamora García Jerling, Vargas Zeledón Kleyberth, Calero Mosquera Mario, Salazar Ramírez Elsa, Gómez Solano Michael, Ortiz Jiménez Emanuel, Astùia Rivera Roberth, Gómez Solano Carlos, Gómez Solano Pamela, Talavera Zeledón Kennia, Guzmán Salazar Gerardo, Montenegro Gutiérrez Tannia, Guzmán Salazar Marco y Stennet Grand Marlon,  Quirós Jorge por el delito de Venta de Drogas, en daño de La Salud Pública, personas detenidas desde el 27 de octubre del 2015, para un total de 09 meses 05 días. Su prisión vence el 27 de de octubre del 2016. Dicha causa se encuentra en investigación en el Ministerio Público.\n\n \n\nExpediente No. 15-15589-042-Pe, contra Maradiaga Zúñiga Marvin José, por Tentativa de Homicidio, en daño de Villalobos Obregón Mario. Su prisión vence el  08 de setiembre del presente año y la causa se encuentra en investigación en el Ministerio Público.\n\n \n\nExpediente No. 15-19531-042-Pe, contra Flores Umaña Elías Daniel y Salas Barley Jordan, por Homicidio, en daño de Cristian Rodríguez Flores. Imputados detenidos desde el 18 de noviembre del 2015, para un total de 08 meses 13 días. Su prisión vence el 18 de octubre del presente año y la causa se encuentra en investigación en el Ministerio Público.\n\n \n\nExpediente No. 15-18637-042-Pe, contra Godínez Herrera Andrey, Venegas Ortiz Jairo y Rodríguez Rivera Byron, por Homicidio, en daño de Quirós Soto Jordy. Los dos primeros se encuentran detenidos desde el 19 de noviembre del 2015 para un total de 08 meses 13 días y el tercero de ellos detenido desde el 27 de enero del 2016 para un total de  06 meses y 05 días. La prisión de los mencionados imputados vence el 19 de setiembre del presente año y la causa se encuentra en investigación en el Ministerio Público.\n\n \n\nExpediente No. 15-13777-042-Pe, contra Roses Arriola Lester Guillermo, por  Homicidio Simple, en daño de  Madrigal Quirós Kevin.
