artículo 32\nde la Ley de Asociaciones N° 218 del 08 de agosto de 1939 y los artículos 27 y\nsiguientes del Reglamento a la Ley de Asociaciones N° 29496- J, publicado en La\nGaceta N° 96 del 21 de mayo del 2001, así como lo establecido en el\nartículo 3°, inciso ch) de la Ley de Impuesto sobre la Renta N° 7092 y en los\nartículos 103 y 104 de Código de Normas y Procedimientos Tributarios N° 4755.\n\nConsiderando:\n\nI.-Que el artículo 32 de la Ley de\nAsociaciones N° 218 de 8 de agosto de 1939 y sus reformas, confiere al Poder\nEjecutivo la potestad de declarar de utilidad pública a las asociaciones\nsimples, federadas o confederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades sean\nparticularmente útiles para los intereses del Estado y que por ello contribuyan\na solventar una necesidad social.\n\nII.-Que la Asociación Movimiento Tiribí\nLimpio, cédula de persona jurídica número 3-002-655202, se inscribió en el\nRegistro de Asociaciones del Registro Público Nacional desde el día 29 de enero\ndel 2011, tomo 2011, asiento 37252.\n\nIII.-Que los fines que persigue la\nasociación, según sus estatutos son: \"(.) A) Promover proyectos y\nactividades que contribuyan a la limpieza y rescate de la cuenca del río\nTiribí, principalmente en el sector del cantón de La Unión. B) Contribuir con\nla educación ambiental de todos y cada uno de los habitantes del cantón de La\nUnión y demás lugares del país. C) Procurar la participación de los asociados y\ndemás individuos en la formación y consolidación de comités incorporados al\nPrograma Bandera Azul Ecológica (PBAE) en sus distintas modalidades, así como\nen grupos semejantes. D) Organizar y apoyar proyectos que procuren la adecuada\ndisposición de desechos, tanto sólidos como líquidos. E) Colaborar con otros\ngrupos nacionales o internacionales que tengan fines semejantes (.)\".\n\nIV.-Que tales fines solventan una\nnecesidad social de primer orden, por lo cual merecen el apoyo del Estado\ncostarricense.
