Catastral y la Subdirección Registral.\n\nIII.-Que el Registro Inmobiliario del Registro\nNacional, con fundamento en la Ley de Catastro Nacional N° 6545 de 25 de marzo\nde 1981, publicada en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta N° 73 del 15 de abril\nde 1981 en su artículo 13 tiene como potestad exclusiva, la ejecución y\nmantenimiento del Catastro, función que puede delegar parcialmente en otras\ninstituciones estatales.\n\ntext-align:\njustify;text-indent:36.0pt'>IV.-Que la Asamblea\nLegislativa, el 27 de noviembre de 2001, aprobó la Ley N° 8154, \"Convenio de\nPréstamo N° 1284/OC-CR, catastro nacional y compatibilizar la información catastral y\nregistral de los inmuebles, en aplicación de lo que dispone la Ley de Catastro\nN° 6545 de 25 de marzo de 1981 publicada en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta N°\n73 el 15 de abril de 1981, función que culminó el 07 de mayo de 2014.\n\nVI.-Que de conformidad con lo que establece el\nartículo 1° Decreto Ejecutivo N° 30106-J donde se \"Declara Zona Catastral la\nTotalidad de los Cantones del Territorio Nacional\" publicado en La Gaceta N°\n19 de 28 de enero de 2002 y el artículo 7 del Reglamento a la Ley del Catastro\nNacional, Decreto Ejecutivo N° 34331, publicado en el Diario Oficial La\nGaceta N° 41 del 27 de febrero del 2008 el cual rige desde el 27 de\nsetiembre de 2008, la totalidad de los cantones del territorio nacional fueron\ndeclarados zona catastral.\n\nVII.-Que el Reglamento a la Ley de Catastro Nacional,\nDecreto Ejecutivo N° 34331 el cual rige desde el 27 de setiembre de 2008 y que\nfue publicado en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta N ° 41 del 27 de febrero\ndel 2008, establece los requerimientos técnicos para el levantamiento de planos\nde agrimensura.\n\nVIII.-Que por haber concluido los trabajos de\nlevantamiento catastral del cantón 05 Osa, distrito 05 Piedras Blancas,\nprovincia 06 Puntarenas, y de conformidad con lo que establece el artículo 19 de\nla Ley de Catastro Nacional y 10 de su reglamento, fueron invitados los\ntitulares de inmuebles de dicho distrito a una exposición pública para conocer\nlos resultados del levantamiento y manifestar su conformidad o disconformidad,\nexposición que se llevó a cabo del 15 al 22 de noviembre del 2021.\n\nIX.-Que la invitación a la exposición pública de los\nresultados del levantamiento catastral del cantón 05 Osa, distrito 05 Piedras\nBlancas, provincia de Puntarenas, fue publicada en La Gaceta N° 215 del\n08 de noviembre del 2021, páginas 68 y 69 y en los diarios de Circulación\nNacional La Nación del 11 de noviembre del 2021, página 7 y La Teja del 10 de\nnoviembre del 2021, página 5.\n\nX.-Que en resolución dé las ocho horas quince minutos\ndel quince de setiembre del año dos mil veintidós, el Registro published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 198 of October 13, 2009, establishes that the Real Property Registry is composed of the Cadastral Subdirectorate and the Registry Subdirectorate.\n\nIII.—That the Real Property Registry of the National Registry, based on the National Cadastre Law No. 6545 of March 25, 1981, published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 73 of April 15, 1981, in its Article 13, has the exclusive power to execute and maintain the Cadastre, a function that can be partially delegated to other state institutions.\n\nIV.—That the Legislative Assembly, on November 27, 2001, approved Law No. 8154, \"Loan Agreement No. 1284/OC-CR, Cadastre and Registry Regularization Program,\" signed between the Government of the Republic and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 237 of December 10, 2001, for the execution of the Cadastre and National Registry Regularization Program, which, by provision of the same law, is in charge of an Executing Unit attached to the Ministry of Finance as a deconcentrated body.\n\nV.—That the Cadastre and National Registry Regularization Program had the task of the cadastral survey (levantamiento catastral) with the objective of forming the national cadastre and making the cadastral and registry information of the properties compatible, in application of the provisions of the Cadastre Law No. 6545 of March 25, 1981, published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 73 on April 15, 1981, a function that concluded on May 7, 2014.\n\nVI.—That in accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of Executive Decree No. 30106-J, which \"Declares a Cadastral Zone the Entirety of the Cantons of the National Territory,\" published in La Gaceta No. 19 of January 28, 2002, and Article 7 of the Regulation to the National Cadastre Law, Executive Decree No. 34331, published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 41 of February 27, 2008, which has been in effect since September 27, 2008, the entirety of the cantons of the national territory were declared a cadastral zone (zona catastral).\n\nVII.—That the Regulation to the National Cadastre Law, Executive Decree No. 34331, which has been in effect since September 27, 2008, and was published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 41 of February 27, 2008, establishes the technical requirements for the surveying of land survey plans (planos de agrimensura).\n\nVIII.—That because the cadastral survey work for canton 05 Osa, district 05 Piedras Blancas, province 06 Puntarenas, has concluded, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of the National Cadastre Law and Article 10 of its regulation, the property owners of said district were invited to a public exhibition to learn about the survey results and express their agreement or disagreement, an exhibition that took place from November 15 to 22, 2021.\n\nIX.—That the invitation to the public exhibition of the cadastral survey results for canton 05 Osa, district 05 Piedras Blancas, province of Puntarenas, was published in La Gaceta No. 215 of November 8, 2021, pages 68 and 69, and in the
