  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 190\n\n                        Reforma Medidas de ordenamiento para el uso de carnada viva para la flota\npesquera comercial y de pesca deportiva en el Océano Pacífico Costarricense\n\nINSTITUTO COSTARRICENSE DE PESCA Y ACUICULTURA\n\n(Esta norma fue derogada mediante acuerdo N° AJDIP/252-2023\ndel 17 de octubre del 2023)\n\nAJDIP/190-2023.-Puntarenas, a los quince días del mes\nagosto de dos mil veintitrés.\n\nConsiderando:\n\n1°-Que por parte del señor Heiner\nMéndez Barrientos, Ministro de Pesca y Acuicultura, se presenta moción con el\nfin de conocer un tema relativo a la Revisión del Acuerdo de Junta Directiva\nAJDIP/280-2014.\n\n2°-Que por parte del señor Méndez Barrientos, se señala que en los últimos\ndías se ha recibido una serie de observaciones respecto de la aplicación del\nAcuerdo de referencia, en base al cual el Servicio Nacional de Guardacostas\nestá realizando operativos de vigilancia en la zona del Golfo de Nicoya,\nreferentes a la captura de carnada viva por parte de las embarcaciones de pesca\nde pequeña escala.\n\n3°-Que realizando el análisis\ncorrespondiente del Acuerdo de Junta Directiva AJDIP/280-2014, se encuentra una\nserie de consideraciones que generan incertidumbre en cuanto al alcance del\nmismo y las implicaciones que este conlleva.\n\n4°-Que se propone suspender la aplicación de los artículos 4 en sus incisos\na, b y c y el artículo 5 del Acuerdo de Junta Directiva AJDIP/280-2014, hasta\nel tanto no se aclare los puntos que generan confusión en cuanto a la\naplicación del mismo.\n\n5°-Que se propone trasladar de inmediato al Departamento de Investigación\ndel INCOPESCA, el Acuerdo de Junta Directiva AJDIP/280-2014, con el fin de que\nse proceda con el análisis técnico de lo establecido en los artículos 4 y 5 del\nacuerdo de referencia y se proceda a presentar dicho análisis y consideraciones\nque corresponda en el seno de esta Junta Directiva con el fin de tomar las\nmedidas que corresponda.\n\n6°-Que una vez analizado lo expuesto y lo luego de deliberar, la Junta\nDirectiva del Instituto Costarricense de Pesca y Acuicultura.
