Likewise, Articles 13, 14, 15, 20, 21 of the National Cadastre Law No. 6545 of March 25, 1981, published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 73 on April 15, 1981, Articles 7 and 26 of the Regulation to the National Cadastre Law, Decreto Ejecutivo No. 34331 of November 29, 2007 published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 41 of February 27, 2008 (amended by Decreto Ejecutivo No. 34763 of September 16, 2008 Published in the official gazette La Gaceta No. 186 of September 26, 2008.), Law No. 8154 of November 27, 2001, \"Loan Agreement No. 1284/OC-CR, Program for the Regularization of Cadastre and Registry\", published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 237 of December 10, 2001, Decreto Ejecutivo No. 30106-J, of December 6, 2001 published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 19 of January 28, 2002, \"Declares a Cadastral Zone the Entirety of the Cantons of the National Territory\" and Decreto Ejecutivo No. 35509-J of September 30, 2009, published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 198 of October 13, 2009 \"Organization Regulation of the Real Property Registry\".\n\nConsidering:\n\nI.-That by means of Law No. 8710, published in La Gaceta No. 48 of March 10, 09, Article 2 of Law No. 5695, Law for the Creation of the National Registry, published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 106 of June 7, 1975 and its amendments, is reformed, indicating that the National Cadastre becomes part of the Real Property Registry.\n\nII.-That Decreto Ejecutivo No. 35509-J of September 30, 2009, Organization Regulation of the Real Property Registry published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 198 of October 13, 2009, establishes that the Real Property Registry is composed of the Subdirectorate of Cadastre and the Subdirectorate of Registry.\n\nIII.-That the Real Property Registry of the National Registry, based on the National Cadastre Law No. 6545 of March 25, 1981, published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 73 of April 15, 1981 in its Article 13, has the exclusive authority for the execution and maintenance of the Cadastre, a function that it may partially delegate to other state institutions.\n\nIV.-That the Legislative Assembly, on November 27, 2001, approved Law No. 8154, \"Loan Agreement No. 1284/OC-CR, Program for the Regularization of Cadastre and Registry\", signed between the Government of the Republic and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 237 of December 10, 2001 for the execution of the Program for the Regularization of Cadastre and National Registry, which, by provision of the same law, is in charge of an Executing Unit attached to the Ministry of Finance as a decentralized body.\n\nV.-That the Program for the Regularization of Cadastre and National Registry had the task of conducting a cadastral survey (levantamiento catastral) with the objective of forming the national cadastre and making the cadastral and registered information of the properties compatible, in application of the provisions of the Cadastre Law No. 6545 of March 25, 1981 published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 73 on April 15, 1981, a function that concluded on May 7, 2014.\n\nVI.-That in accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of Decreto Ejecutivo No. 30106-J where \"Declares a Cadastral Zone the Entirety of the Cantons of the National Territory\" published in La Gaceta No. 19 of January 28, 2002 and Article 7 of the Regulation to the National Cadastre Law, Decreto Ejecutivo No. 34331, published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 41 of February 27, 2008 which has been in effect since September 27, 2008, the entirety of the cantons of the national territory were declared a cadastral zone (zona catastral).\n\nVII.-That the Regulation to the National Cadastre Law, Decreto Ejecutivo No. 34331 which has been in effect since September 27, 2008 and was published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 41 of February 27, 2008, establishes the technical requirements for the drawing up of survey plans (planos de agrimensura).\n\nVIII.-That because the cadastral survey (levantamiento catastral) work for Cantón 01 San José, Distrito 04 Catedral, Provincia 01 San José has concluded, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 19 of the National Cadastre Law and 10 of its regulation, the holders of properties (inmuebles) in that district were invited to a public exhibition to learn about the results of the survey and express their conformity or non-conformity, an exhibition that took place from October 10 to 17, 2023.\n\nIX.-That the invitation to the public exhibition of the results of the cadastral survey of Cantón 01 San José, Distrito 04 Catedral, Provincia 01 San José, was published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta #
