de los inmuebles, en aplicación de lo que\ndispone la Ley de Catastro Nº 6545 de 25 de marzo de 1981 publicada en el Diario\nOficial La Gaceta No. 73 el 15 de abril de 1981, función que culminó el 07 de mayo\nde 2014.\n\nVI.-Que de\nconformidad con lo que establece el artículo 1° Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 30106-J\ndonde se \"Declara Zona Catastral la Totalidad de los Cantones del\nTerritorio Nacional\" publicado en La Gaceta Nº 19 de 28 de enero de\n2002 y el artículo 7 del Reglamento a la Ley del Catastro Nacional, Decreto\nEjecutivo N º 34331, publicado en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta No. 41 del\n27 de febrero del 2008 el cual rige desde el 27 de setiembre de 2008, la\ntotalidad de los cantones del territorio nacional fueron declarados zona\ncatastral.\n\nVII.-Que el\nReglamento a la Ley de Catastro Nacional, Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 34331 el cual\nrige desde el 27 de setiembre de 2008 y que fue publicado en el Diario Oficial La\nGaceta No. 41 del 27 de febrero del 2008, establece los requerimientos técnicos\npara el levantamiento de planos de agrimensura.\n\nVlll.-Que por\nhaber concluido los trabajos de levantamiento catastral del Cantón 01 San José,\nDistrito 08 Mata Redonda, Provincia 01 San José, y de conformidad con lo que\nestablece el artículo 19 de la Ley de Catastro Nacional y 10 de su reglamento,\nfueron invitados los titulares de inmuebles de dicho distrito a una exposición\npública para conocer los resultados del levantamiento y manifestar su conformidad\no disconformidad, exposición que se llevó a cabo del 10 al 17 de octubre del\n2023.\n\nIX.-Que la invitación a la exposición pública de los\nresultados del levantamiento catastral del Cantón 01 San José, Distrito 08 Mata\nRedonda, Provincia 01 San José, fue publicada en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta#\n184, del 6 de octubre del 2023, página 105 y en los diarios de Circulación\nNacional La Teja de 08 de octubre del 2023, página 7 y La Nación de 10 de\noctubre del 2023, página 11.\n\nX.-Que en resolución de las nueve horas cuarenta y cinco\nminutos del seis de marzo del año dos mil veinticuatro, el Registro\nInmobiliario del Registro Nacional declaró firmes los datos catastrales\nresultantes del levantamiento catastral efectuado en el Cantón 01 San José,\nDistrito 08 Mata Redonda, Provincia 01 San José.\n\nXI.-Que ya\ntranscurrieron los términos de los plazos establecidos en el artículo 20 de la\nLey del Catastro Nacional y fueron resueltos, por la Dirección del Registro Inmobiliario\ndel Registro Nacional, los reclamos presentados por los propietarios.\n\nPor tanto:\n\nDECRETAN:\n\nSE DE CLARA\nZONA CATASTRADA EL DISTRITO 08 MATA REDONDA,\n\nCANTÓN 01 SAN\nJOSE, PROVINCIA 01 SAN JOSE.\n\nArtículo 1\nº-De conformidad con el artículo 20 de la Ley de Catastro Nacional Nº 6545 de 2\n5 de marzo de 1981, se declara zona catastrada el Cantón 01 San José 1 Distrito 08\nMata Redonda, Provincia 01 San José.\n\n Ficha articulo\n\nArtículo 2°-\nRigen para esta declaratoria, los mismos efectos jurídicos y especificaciones\ntécnicas, que se emitieron en el Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 36830-JP del 12 de\nsetiembre de 2011, publicado en el periódico oficial La Gaceta No. 208 del lunes\n31 de octubre 2011, artículos 2 al 6.\n\n Ficha articulo\n\nArtículo 3°-Rige\na partir de su publjcación.\n\nDado\nen la Presidencia de la República. the\nexclusive power for the execution and maintenance of the Cadastre, a function\nthat it may partially delegate to other state institutions.\n\nIV.-That the\nLegislative Assembly, on November 27, is\nprovided in the Cadastre Law No. 6545 of March 25, 1981 published in the Official\nGazette La Gaceta No. 73 on April 15, 1981, a function that concluded on May 7,\n2014.\n\nVI.-That in\naccordance with what is established in article 1 of Executive Decree No. 30106-J\nwhere \"the Entirety of the Cantons of the National Territory are Declared a Cadastral Zone\"\npublished in La Gaceta No. 19 of January 28,\n2002 and article 7 of the Regulation to the National Cadastre Law, Executive\nDecree No. 34331, published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 41 of\nFebruary 27, 2008, which has been in effect since September 27, 2008, the\nentirety of the cantons of the national territory were declared a cadastral zone (zona catastral).\n\nVII.-That the\nRegulation to the National Cadastre Law, Executive Decree No. 34331, which\nhas been in effect since September 27, 2008 and was published in the Official Gazette La\nGaceta No. 41 of February 27, 2008, establishes the technical requirements\nfor the survey of surveying plans (planos de agrimensura).\n\nVIII.-That because\nthe cadastral survey (levantamiento catastral) work for Canton 01 San José,\nDistrict 08 Mata Redonda, Province 01 San José has concluded, and in accordance with what is\nestablished in article 19 of the National Cadastre Law and article 10 of its regulation,\nthe landholders (titulares) of properties in said district were invited to a public\nexhibition to learn the results of the survey and express their conformity\nor nonconformity, an exhibition that took place from October 10 to 17,\n2023.\n\nIX.-That the invitation to the public exhibition of the\nresults of the cadastral survey of Canton 01 San José, District 08 Mata\nRedonda, Province 01 San José, was published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta #184,\nof October 6, 2023, page 105 and in the national circulation\nnewspapers La Teja of October 8, 2023, page 7 and La Nación of October\n10, 2023, page 11.\n\nX.-That in a resolution at nine hours forty-five\nminutes on March 6, two thousand twenty-four, the Real Estate\nRegistry of the National Registry declared firm the cadastral data\nresulting from the cadastral survey conducted in Canton 01 San José,\nDistrict 08 Mata Redonda, Province 01 San José.\n\nXI.-That the\nterms of the deadlines established in article 20 of the\nNational Cadastre Law have already elapsed and the claims filed by the owners were resolved\nby the Directorate of the Real Estate Registry\nof the National Registry.\n\nTherefore:\n\nTHEY DECREE:\n\nDISTRICT 08 MATA REDONDA
