in the Official Gazette La Gaceta\nNo. 198 of October 13, 2009, establishes that the Real Property Registry is\ncomposed of the Cadastral Subdirectorate (Subdirección Catastral) and the Registry Subdirectorate (Subdirección Registral).\n\nIII.—That the\nReal Property Registry of the National Registry, based on the National Cadastre\nLaw (Ley de Catastro Nacional) No. 6545 of March 25, 1981, published in the Official\nGazette La Gaceta No. 73 of April 15, 1981 in its article 13, has as its\nexclusive power the execution and maintenance of the Cadastre, a function\nit may partially delegate to other state institutions.\n\nIV.—That the Legislative\nAssembly, on November 27, 2001, approved Law No. 8154, \"Loan\nAgreement No. 1284/OC-CR, Cadastre and Registry Regularization Program (Programa de Regularización del Catastro y\nRegistro)\", signed between the Government of the Republic and the Inter-American\nDevelopment Bank (IDB), published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta\nNo. del Catastro y Registro Nacional),\nhad the task of cadastral surveying (levantamiento catastral) with the objective of forming the\nnational cadastre and making compatible the cadastral and registration information\nof the real estate, in application of the provisions of National Cadastre Law (Ley de Catastro) No. 6545\nof March 25, 1981 published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 73 on April 15,\n1981, a function that concluded on May 7, 2014.\n\nVI.—That in\naccordance with the provisions of article 1 of Executive Decree No. 30106-J\nwhere it \"Declares Cadastral Zone the Entirety of the Cantons of the\nNational Territory\" published in La Gaceta No. 19 of January 28, 2002 and\narticle 7 of the Regulation to the National Cadastre Law, Executive Decree\nNo. 34331, published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 41 of February 27,\n2008 which governs since September 27, 2008, the entirety of the cantons\nof the national territory were declared a cadastral zone Gaceta No. 41\nof February 27, 2008, establishes the technical requirements for the\nsurveying of cadastral plans.\n\nVIII.—That because\nthe cadastral surveying (levantamiento catastral) work of Cantón 01 San José,\nDistrito 10 Hatillo, Provincia 01 San José has concluded, and in accordance with the provisions\nof article 19 of the National Cadastre Law (Ley de Catastro Nacional) and 10 of
