publicada en el Diario\nOficial La Gaceta No. 73 del 15 de abril de 1981 en su artículo 13 tiene como\npotestad exclusiva, la ejecución y mantenimiento del Catastro, función que\npuede delegar parcialmente en otras instituciones estatales.\n\nIV.-Que la\nAsamblea Legislativa, el 27 de noviembre de 2001, aprobó la Ley Nº 8154,\n\"Convenio de Préstamo Nº 1284/OC-CR, Programa de Regularización del\nCatastro y Registro\", suscrito entre el Gobierno de la República· y el Banco Interamericano\nde Desarrollo (BID), publicada en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta No. 237 del 10 de\ndiciembre del 2001 para la ejecución del Programa de Regularización del\nCatastro y Registro Nacional, que por disposición de la misma ley, está a cargo\nde una Unidad Ejecutora adscrita al Ministerio de Hacienda como órgano\ndesconcentrado.\n\nV.-Que el Programa de Regularización del Catastro y Registro Nacional,\ntuvo como tarea el levantamiento catastral con el objetivo de formar el\ncatastro nacional y compatibilizar la información catastral y registra!\nde los inmuebles, en aplicación de lo que dispone la Ley de Catastro Nº 6545 de\n25 de marzo de 1981 publicada en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta No. 73 el 15 de\nabril de 1981, función que culminó el 07 de mayo de 2014.\n\nVI .-Que de\nconformidad con lo que establece el artículo 1 ° Decreto Ejecutivo N º\n30106-J donde se \"Declara Zona Catastral la Totalidad de los Cantones del\nTerritorio Nacional\" publicado en La Gaceta Nº 19 de 28 de enero de 2002 y\nel artículo 7 del Reglamento a la Ley del Catastro Nacional, Decreto Ejecutivo\nNº 34331, publicado en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta No. 41 del 27 de febrero del\n2008 el cual rige desde el 27 de setiembre de 2008, la totalidad de los\ncantones del territorio nacional fueron declarados zona catastral.\n\nVII\n.-Que el\nReglamento a la Ley de Catastro Nacional, Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 34331 el cual\nrige desde el 27 de setiembre de 2008 y que fue publicado en el Diario Oficial\nLa Gaceta No. 41 del 27 de febrero del 2008, establece los requerimientos\ntécnicos para el levantamiento de planos de agrimensura.\n\nVIII.-Que por\nhaber concluido los trabajos de levantamiento catastral del Cantón 01 San José,\nDistrito 11 San Sebastián, Provincia 01 San José, y de conformidad con lo que\nestablece el artículo 19 de la Ley de Catastro Nacional y 10 de su reglamento,\nfueron invitados los titulares de inmuebles de dicho distrito a una exposición\npública para conocer los resultados del levantamiento y manifestar su\nconformidad o disconformidad, exposición que se llevó a cabo del 10 al becomes part of the Real Property Registry (Registro Inmobiliario).\n\nII.—That Executive Decree No. 35509-J of September 30, 2009, Regulation of Organization of the Real Property Registry, published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 198 of October 13, 2009, establishes that the Real Property Registry is composed of the Cadastral Subdirectorate (Subdirección Catastral) and the Registry Subdirectorate (Subdirección Registral).\n\nIII.—That the Real Property Registry of the National Registry, based on the National Cadastre Law No. 6545 of March 25, 1981, published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 73 of April 15, 1981, in its article 13, has the exclusive power to execute and maintain the Cadastre, a function that it may partially delegate to other state institutions.\n\nIV.—That the Legislative Assembly, on November 27, 2001, approved Law No. 8154, \"Loan Agreement No. 1284/OC-CR, Cadastre and Registry Regularization Program (Programa de Regularización del Catastro y Registro),\" signed between the Government of the Republic and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 237 of December 10, 2001, for the execution of the Cadastre and National Registry Regularization Program, which, by provision of the same law, is under the charge of an Executing Unit assigned to the Ministry of Finance as a deconcentrated body.\n\nV.—That the Cadastre and National Registry Regularization Program had the task of cadastral surveying with the objective of forming the national cadastre and making the cadastral and registry information of properties compatible, in application of the provisions of the Cadastre Law No. 6545 of March 25, 1981, published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 73 on April 15, 1981, a function that concluded on May 7, 2014.\n\nVI.—That in accordance with the provisions of article 1 of Executive Decree No. 30106-J, \"Declares a Cadastral Zone the Entirety of the Cantons of the National Territory,\" published in La Gaceta No. 19 of January 28, 2002, and article 7 of the Regulation to the National Cadastre Law, Executive Decree No. 34331, published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 41 of February 27, 2008, which has been in effect since September 27, 2008, the entirety of the cantons of the national territory were declared a cadastral zone (zona catastral).\n\nVII.—That the Regulation to the National Cadastre Law, Executive Decree No. 34331, which has been in effect since September 27, 2008, and which was published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 41 of February 27, 2008, establishes the technical requirements for the preparation of survey plans (planos de agrimensura).\n\nVIII.—That because the cadastral surveying work of Canton 01 San José, District 11 San Sebastián, Province 01 San José, has concluded, and in accordance with the provisions of article 19 of the National Cadastre Law and article 10 of its regulation, the property titleholders of said district were invited to a public exhibition to know the results of the survey and express their conformity or non-conformity, an exhibition that was held from October 10 to 17, 2023.\n\nIX.—That the invitation to the public exhibition of the results of the cadastral survey of Canton 01 San José, District 11 San Sebastián, Province 01 San José, was published in the
