  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 44506\n\n                        Deroga Declara de Utilidad Pública para los intereses del Estado la\nAsociación Planta Recicladora de Basura de Barra del Tortuguero de Pococi\n\nN°\n44506-MJP\n\nEL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA,\n\nY El MINISTRO DE JUSTICIA Y PAZ\n\nCon fundamento en lo dispuesto en los\nartículos 140, inciso 18) y 146 de la Constitución Política, en el artículo 32\nde la Ley de Asociaciones N° 218 del 8 de agosto de 1939 Asociaciones\nN° 29496-J, publicado en La Gaceta N° 96 del 21 de mayo del 2001, los\nartículos 25 inciso 1) y 28 inciso 2), acápite a) y b) de la Ley General de la\nAdministración Pública, así como lo establecido en el artículo 3 inciso ch) de\nla Ley de Impuesto sobre la Renta N° 7092 y los artículos 103 y 104 del Código\nde Normas y Procedimientos Tributarios N° 4755.\n\nConsiderando:\n\nI.-Que el artículo 32 de la Ley de\nAsociaciones N° 218 del 08 de agosto de 1939 y sus reformas, confiere al Poder\nEjecutivo la potestad de declarar de utilidad pública a las asociaciones\nsimples, federadas o confederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades sean\nparticularmente útiles para los intereses del Estado, y que por ello\ncontribuyan a solventar una necesidad social.\n\nII.-Que la Asociación Planta Recicladora\nde Basura de Barra del Tortuguero de Pococí, cédula jurídica número tres-cero\ncero dos- quinientos un mil cuatrocientos veintiocho, se inscribió en el Registro\nde Asociaciones del Registro Público el seis de setiembre del dos mil siete, al\ntomo 571, asiento 1731. Asimismo, dicha entidad fue declarada de utilidad\npública mediante el Decreto Ejecutivo N° 37234-JP del quince de junio de dos\nmil doce.\n\nIII.-Que el artículo 32 del Reglamento a\nla Ley de Asociaciones establece: \".En cualquier momento, el Ministerio de\nJusticia y Paz, revocará este beneficio, si desaparecen los motivos por los\ncuales fue concedido. (...) \". Asimismo, el ordinal 32 del Reglamento a la Ley\nde Asociaciones, agrega: \"(...)
