REQUISITOS PARA EL REGISTRO, el cual\nfue modificado por sustitución total, por el Reglamento Técnico Centroamericano RTCA\n65.05.54:15 FERTILIZANTES Y ENMIENDAS DE USO AGRÍCOLA. REQUISITOS PARA EL\nREGISTRO, mediante la Resolución\nN° 374-2015 (COMIECO-LXXIV), del 4 de diciembre de\n2015 y modificado por la Resolución N°. 415-2019 (COMIECO-LXXXVIII), del 25 de octubre de 2019;\n\nQue las autoridades competentes de los Estados Parte han\nidentificado la necesidad de actualizar algunas disposiciones del Reglamento\nTécnico Centroamericano mencionado, y han elevado a consideración de este Foro\nuna propuesta de modificación parcial;\n\nQue el COMIECO se puede reunir de manera virtual, en cuyo caso, la\nfirma de las decisiones adoptadas se realizará a posteriori, sin afectar su\nvalidez y le corresponde a la Secretaría de Integración Económica\nCentroamericana (SIECA), dar seguimiento a la firma de los actos\nadministrativos por los miembros del Consejo,\n\nPor tanto,\n\nCon fundamento en lo dispuesto en los artículos 1, 3, 5, 7, 15,\n26, 36, 37, 38, 39, 46, 52 y 55 del Protocolo de Guatemala, y 26, 28, 40 y 41\ndel Reglamento de Organización y Funcionamiento de los Consejos: de Ministros\nde Integración Económica, Intersectorial de Ministros de Integración y\nSectorial de Ministros de Integración Económica,\n\nRESUELVE:\n\n1°-Aprobar las modificaciones parciales al Reglamento Técnico\nCentroamericano RTCA 65.05.S4:1S FERTILIZANTES Y\nENMIENDAS DE USO AGRÍCOLA. Registration Requirements\",\nbe published, which is transcribed below:\n\nRESOLUTION No. 479-2023\n(COMIECO-EX)\n\nTHE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS FOR\n\nECONOMIC INTEGRATION\n\nConsidering:\n\nThat in accordance with articles 38, 39 and 55 of the Protocol\nto the General Treaty on Central American Economic Integration (Guatemala\nProtocol), modified by the Amendment of February 27, 2002, the Council of\nMinisters for Economic Integration (COMIECO), has under its purview the\nmatters of Central American Economic Integration and, as such, it is responsible for\napproving the administrative acts applicable in the States Party to the\nEconomic Subsystem;\n\nThat through Resolution No. 314-2013 (COMIECO-EX), of\nJuly 5, 2013, the\nCentral American Technical Regulation RTCA 65.05.54:09 FERTILIZERS AND AMENDMENTS\nFOR AGRICULTURAL USE. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS was approved, which\nwas modified by total substitution, by the Central American Technical Regulation RTCA\n65.05.54:15 FERTILIZERS AND AMENDMENTS FOR AGRICULTURAL USE. REGISTRATION\nREQUIREMENTS, through Resolution\nNo. 374-2015 (COMIECO-LXXIV), of December 4,\n2015 and modified by Resolution No. 415-2019 (COMIECO-LXXXVIII), of October 25, 2019;\n\nThat the competent authorities of the States Party have\nidentified the need to update some provisions of the aforementioned\nCentral American Technical Regulation, and have submitted for consideration to this Forum\na proposal for partial modification;\n\nThat the COMIECO may meet virtually, in which case, the\nsigning of the decisions adopted shall be carried out a posteriori, without affecting their\nvalidity, and the Secretariat for Central American Economic\nIntegration (SIECA) is responsible for following up on the signing of the administrative\nacts by the members of the Council,\n\nTherefore,\n\nBased on the provisions in articles 1, 3, 5, 7, 15,\n26, 36, 37, 38, 39, 46, 52 and 55 of the Guatemala Protocol, and 26, 28, 40 and 41\nof the Regulation of Organization and Functioning of the Councils: of Ministers\nfor Economic Integration, Intersectorial of Ministers for Integration and\nSectorial of Ministers for Economic Integration,\n\nRESOLVES:\n\n1.- To approve the partial modifications to the Central American Technical\nRegulation RTCA 65.05.S4:1S FERTILIZERS AND\nAMENDMENTS FOR AGRICULTURAL USE.
