  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 222\n\n                        Usos de suelo en el proyecto Polo Turístico Golfo\n\nINSTITUTO COSTARRICENSE DE TURISMO\n\nPOLO TURÍSTICO GOLFO DE PAPAGAYO\n\nEl Instituto Costarricense de Turismo, hace del\nconocimiento de los señores Concesionarios de Polo Turístico Golfo de Papagayo,\nGuanacaste, el comunicado de acuerdo de Junta Directiva SJD-222-2024, tomado en\nSesión Ordinaria Presencial N° 6307, realizada por la Junta Directiva del\nInstituto Costarricense de Turismo, en el apartado 5, \"Dirección y\nSupervisión\" Inciso I, celebrada el lunes 14 de octubre de 2024, se tomó\nel siguiente acuerdo que textualmente dice:\n\n\"Se acuerda:\n\nA) Dar por recibido acuerdo del Consejo Director del Polo\nTurístico Golfo de Papagayo, tomado en la sesión ordinaria presencial 20- 2024\nrealizada el 07 de octubre del 2024, comunicado mediante oficio CDP-118-2024;\nasí como criterio técnico de la Dirección Ejecutiva PGP-0715-2024 -\nPGP-0751-2024, (en seguimiento al SJD-008-2023).\n\nB) Reiterar y aclarar lo indicado en comunicado de\nacuerdo N° SJD- 008-2023 sobre los actuales usos de suelo en el proyecto Polo\nTurístico Golfo.   "body_en_text": "across the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text of Norma 222\n\n                        Land uses in the Polo Turístico Golfo project\n\nCOSTA RICAN TOURISM INSTITUTE\n\nPOLO TURÍSTICO GOLFO DE PAPAGAYO\n\nThe Costa Rican Tourism Institute makes known to the Concessionaires of the Polo Turístico Golfo de Papagayo, Guanacaste, the communication of the Board of Directors' agreement SJD-222-2024, taken in In-Person Ordinary Session No. 6307, held by the Board of Directors of the Costa Rican Tourism Institute, in section 5, \"Direction and Supervision,\" Subsection I, held on Monday, October 14, 2024, the following agreement was taken, which textually states:\n\n\"It is agreed:\n\nA) To acknowledge receipt of the agreement of the Executive Board (Consejo Director) of the Polo Turístico Golfo de Papagayo, taken in in-person ordinary session 20-2024 held on October 7, 2024, communicated via official letter CDP-118-2024; as well as the technical criterion of the Executive Directorate PGP-0715-2024 - PGP-0751-2024, (in follow-up to SJD-008-2023).\n\nB) To reiterate and clarify what was indicated in communication of agreement No. SJD-008-2023 regarding the current land uses (usos de suelo) in the Polo Turístico Golfo project.
