Likewise, articles 13, 14, 15, 20, 21 of the National\nCadastre Law No. 6545 of March 25, 1981, articles 7 and 26 of the\nRegulation to the National Cadastre Law, Executive Decree No. 34331 of\nNovember 29, 2007 (amended by Executive Decree No. 34763 of September 16,\n2008), Law No. 8154 of November 27, 2001, \"Loan Agreement No.\n1284/0C-CR, Cadastre and Registry Regularization Program\", Executive Decree\nNo. 30106-J, of December 6, 2001, \"Declares the Entirety of the Cantons of the National Territory as a Cadastral Zone\" and Decree\nNo. 35509-J of September 30, 2009, No. 198 of October 13, 2009, 'Organization Regulation of the Real Estate Registry'.\n\nConsidering:\n\nI.-That through Law No. 8710, published\nin La Gaceta No. 48 of March 10, 2009, article 2 of\nLaw No. 5695, National Registry Creation Law, published in the Official\nGazette La Gaceta No. 106 of June 7, 1975, and its amendments, is reformed,\nindicating that the National Cadastre becomes part of the Real Estate\nRegistry.\n\nII.-That Executive Decree No. 35509-J of\nSeptember 30, 2009, Organization Regulation of the Real Estate Registry\npublished in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 198 of October 13,\n2009, establishes that the Real Estate Registry is comprised of the\nCadastral Sub-directorate and the Registral Sub-directorate.\n\nIII.-That the Real Estate Registry of the\nNational Registry, based on the National Cadastre Law No. 6545 of\nMarch 25, 1981, published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 73 of\nApril 15, 1981, in its article 13 has the exclusive power for the execution\nand maintenance of the Cadastre, a function that it may partially delegate to other\nstate institutions.\n\nIV.-That in accordance with what is\nestablished in article 1 of Executive Decree No. 30106-J where the \"Entirety of the Cantons of the National Territory\" is \"Declared a Cadastral Zone\" published in La\nGaceta No. 19 of January 28, 2002, and article 7 of the Regulation to the\nNational Cadastre Law, Executive Decree No. 34331, published in the Official\nGazette La Gaceta No. 41 of February 27, 2008, which has been in effect since\nSeptember 27, 2008, the entirety of the cantons of the national\nterritory were declared a cadastral zone.\n\nV.-That because the cadastral survey (levantamiento catastral) work of canton 07 Oreamuno, district 02 Cot, province 03\nCartago has been concluded, and in accordance with what is established in article 19 of the National Cadastre Law and 10 of its regulation, the titleholders of\nproperties in said district were invited to a public exhibition to know the\nresults of the survey and express their conformity or non-conformity\nthrough publication in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 217 of\nNovember 22, 2023, page 59 and in the nationally circulated newspapers La\nNación of November 27, 2023, page 18 and La Teja of November 25,\n2023, page 6, an exhibition that took place from November 29 to\nDecember 6, 2023.\n\nVI.-That in the resolution issued at nine o'clock\non September eleventh, two thousand twenty-four, the Real Estate Registry\nof the National Registry declared the cadastral data resulting from the\ncadastral survey carried out in canton 07 Oreamuno, district 02 Cot,\nprovince 03 Cartago as final.\n\nVII.-That the terms of the deadlines established in article 20 of the\nNational Cadastre Law have now elapsed, and the claims submitted by the\nowners were resolved by the Directorate of the Real Estate\nRegistry of the National Registry.
