Asimismo, de conformidad con la Ley\nNº59, el IGN es \"la dependencia científica y técnica rectora de la\ncartografía nacional, destinada a la ejecución del Mapa básico oficial y la\nDescripción básica geográfica de la República de Costa Rica y a los estudios,\nlas investigaciones o labores y el desarrollo de políticas nacionales de\ncarácter cartográfico, geográfico, geodésico, geofísico y de índole similar que\ntenga relación con dichas obras, con el fin de apoyar los procesos de\nplanificación\".\n\n2.- Que la Ley Nº59\nconstituye al IGN de manera permanente y en representación del Estado, como la\nautoridad oficial en materia geodésica y de la representación espacial de la\ngeografía de la República de Costa Rica, extendiéndose su autoridad a las\nactividades de cualquier orden que tengan por origen los trabajos confiados a\nsu cargo.\n\n3.-Que de conformidad con\nel artículo 62 del Decreto Ejecutivo N°7841-P Reglamento a la Ley sobre la\nZona Marítimo Terrestre del 16 de diciembre de 1977 y sus reformas, se reconoce\nla competencia del IGN para la delimitación de la zona pública de la Zona\nMarítimo Terrestre, y su oficialización a través de publicación en el Diario\nOficial La Gaceta; el artículo 63 del Decreto Ejecutivo N°7841-P señala que \"El\nInstituto Geográfico Nacional deberá publicar aviso en el Diario Oficial, de\ncada porción de la zona marítimo-terrestre en que haya demarcado la zona\npública.\"\n\n4.-Que el Decreto Ejecutivo\nN°36642-MP-MOPT-MINAET Reglamento de Especificaciones para la Delimitación\nde la zona pública de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre del 28 de junio del 2011,\nestablece según el artículo 18 que para la delimitación de la zona pública de\nla Zona Marítimo Terrestre, el IGN podrá acudir a dos metodologías de\nejecución, que se indican en los artículos 19 y 20, correspondientes a la\ndelimitación de la zona pública de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre a través de la\ncolocación de mojones y/o a la delimitación digital georreferenciada, esto con\nel fin de agilizar las delimitaciones y proporcionar mayor seguridad técnica a\nlos interesados.\n\n5.- Que el Decreto\nEjecutivo N°33797-MJ-MOPT Declara como datum horizontal oficial para Costa\nRica, el CR05, enlazado al Marco Internacional de Referencia Terrestre\n(ITRF2000) del Servicio Internacional de Rotación de la Tierra (IERS) para la\népoca de medición 2005.83 el 30 de marzo del 2007, el cual entre otros\naspectos determina, a la Red Geodésica Nacional de Referencia Horizontal CR05,\ny su proyección cartográfica asociada CRTM05, como el sistema oficial al cual\ndeben estar referidas las coordenadas de todos los trabajos geodésicos, cartográficos\ny catastrales que se ejecuten en nuestro país, señalando específicamente en artículo\n11 que: \"La Red Geodésica Nacional de Referencia Horizontal CR05 y el\nsistema de proyección cartográfica CRTM05, constituirán el único sistema\noficial de coordenadas para la República de Costa Rica a partir del cual se\ndebe referenciar todos los levantamientos y actividades cartográficos y geodésicos\nque desarrollen en el Territorio Nacional toda dependencia pública, persona o\nentidad privada nacional o extranjera.\" ; mientras que el artículo 7 indica\nque \"Conforme se produzcan datos cartográficos en el nuevo sistema de proyección\ncartográfica CRTM05, el Instituto Geográfico Nacional publicará por los medios adecuados\naquella información que se ha oficializado.\"\n\n6.- Que el Decreto\nEjecutivo Nº40962-MJP Actualización del Sistema Geodésico de Referencia\nHorizontal Oficial para Costa Rica del 24 de enero del 2018, declara\nen su artículo 1 que \"El sistema geodésico de referencia horizontal oficial\npara Costa Rica, denominado como CR05 y su materialización mediante la Red\nGeodésica Nacional, cambia en sus siglas a CRSIRGAS, como sistema de referencia\nhorizontal oficial para la República de Costa Rica, enlazado al Marco\nInternacional de Referencia Terrestre ITRF2008 (IGb08), para la época de\nmedición 2014.59, y en adelante, los cambios y su actualización, se regirán de\nacuerdo a las nuevas definiciones del ITRF que se implementen en la red\ncontinental del Sistema de Referencia Geocéntrico para las Américas (SIRGAS)\ndenominada SIRGASCON\"; además que el artículo 2 establece que \"El\nsistema de proyección cartográfica CRTM05 seguirá siendo el oficial para la\nrepresentación cartográfica del territorio nacional continental, extendido para\nefectos de aplicación de esta proyección cartográfica, hasta la línea de base\ndel mar territorial en el océano Pacífico y el mar Caribe, definida esta línea\nconforme a los artículos 5, 6 y 7 de la Convención de las Naciones Unidas sobre\nel Derecho del Mar, como punto de partida para el cómputo de la anchura máxima\nde todas las áreas marinas jurisdiccionales del Estado costarricense.\"\n\nPor su parte, el artículo\n12 del decreto de cita, refuerza la aplicación de la proyección cartográfica\nCRTM05 como el sistema nacional de coordenadas oficial a la cual se deben referenciar\nen el territorio continental de nuestro país, al señalar que \"El sistema de referencia\nhorizontal CRSIRGAS y su proyección cartográfica asociada CRTM05 para el territorio\ncontinental extendido hasta la línea de base del mar territorial y, la\nproyección cartográfica \"Universal Transversal de Mercator\" (UTM), zonas 16 y\n17 para las áreas marinas e insulares jurisdiccionales en el océano Pacífico y\nel mar Caribe, constituirán el único sistema oficial de coordenadas para la\nRepública de Costa Rica, a partir del cual, se deben referenciar todos los\nlevantamientos y actividades cartográficos y geodésicos que desarrollen en el\nterritorio nacional toda dependencia pública, persona o entidad privada, nacional\no extranjera, que emprendan o contraten trabajos geodésicos y cartográficos, contribuyéndose\na evitar el gasto público y obteniendo, por otra parte, información geográfica\nconfiable, uniforme y comparable, que sea de utilidad general y que apoye la toma\nde decisiones en los distintos niveles del Estado.\"\n\n7.- Que la\ngeorreferenciación al sistema nacional de coordenadas como mecanismo para delimitar\nla zona pública de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre, posibilita la correcta\ndelimitación de la zona pública a los efectos de la elaboración de planes\nreguladores, el visado de planos de agrimensura, el otorgamiento de concesiones\nen la Zona Restringida y otros aspectos de ordenamiento territorial costero.\n\n8.- Que la información\ndigital georreferenciada sobre delimitación de la zona pública de la Zona\nMarítimo Terrestre con que cuenta el IGN, se le denomina Geodatabase Digital Georreferenciada\n(GDG) del Instituto Geográfico Nacional (IGN) sobre la Zona Marítimo Terrestre\n(ZMT).\n\n9.- Que la Geodatabase\nDigital Georreferenciada (GDG) del Instituto Geográfico Nacional (IGN) sobre la\nZona Marítimo Terrestre (ZMT) se fundamenta técnicamente en aplicación de la\nregulación establecida por: a) el Decreto Ejecutivo N°7841-P Reglamento\na la Ley No. 6043 sobre la Zona Marítimo Terrestre; b) el Decreto\nEjecutivo N°33797-MJ-MOPT Declara como datum horizontal oficial para Costa\nRica, el CR05, y su proyección cartográfica asociada, CRTM05; c) el\nDecreto Ejecutivo N°36642-MP-MOPT-MINAET Reglamento de Especificaciones para\nla Delimitación de la zona pública de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre; y d) el\nDecreto Ejecutivo Nº40962-MJP Actualización del Sistema Geodésico de\nReferencia Horizontal Oficial para Costa Rica.\n\n10.- Que el artículo 16 de\nla Ley N°7575, Ley Forestal del 13 de febrero de 1996 y sus reformas,\nestablece que el Ministerio del Ambiente y Energía (MINAE) delimitará en el\nterreno los linderos de las áreas que conforman el Patrimonio Natural del Estado.\n\n11.- Que el artículo 11 del\nCapítulo I, Disposiciones Generales de la Ley N°6043, establece que la \"Zona\npública es también, sea cual fuere su extensión, la ocupada por todos los manglares\nde los litorales continentales e insulares y esteros del territorio nacional.\"\n\n12.- Que el Decreto\nEjecutivo N°36786-MINAET Manual para la clasificación de tierras dedicadas a\nla conservación de los recursos naturales dentro de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre en\nCosta Rica del 12 de agosto del 2011, establece entre sus objetivos \"Identificar\ndentro de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre aquellos terrenos que clasifiquen como\nbosques, de aptitud forestal (suelos Clase VII y VIII), humedales (manglares,\nesteros, rías, marismas, lagunas costeras, pantanos, bosques anegados, salitrales),\npara certificarlos e incorporarlos como parte del Patrimonio Natural del Estado\n(PNE).\"\n\n13.- Que el Decreto\nEjecutivo N°36786-MINAET en el punto III.-Competencias para la delimitación\ny certificación establece que \"La clasificación de los terrenos dentro\nde la ZMT corresponderá a las Áreas de Conservación (AC) del Sistema Nacional\nde Áreas de Conservación (SINAC) y a profesionales privados debidamente\nacreditados por los Colegios Profesionales respectivos para que clasifiquen los\nbosques, terrenos de aptitud forestal (suelos Clase VII y VIII), (manglares,\nesteros, rías, marismas, lagunas costeras, pantanos, bosques anegados,\nsalitrales) y humedales.\n\nLa validez de los\ndocumentos de clasificación emitidos por profesionales privados quedará sujeta\na la aprobación que emita el AC que por competencia territorial le corresponda.\nA las AC del SINAC con jurisdicción en la ZMT les competerá, además, la\nverificación, fiscalización, deslinde y certificación de las tierras del\nPatrimonio Natural del Estado y las zonas de protección.\n\nLa ubicación y delimitación\nde las áreas del Patrimonio Natural del Estado dentro de la Zona Marítimo\nTerrestre, debe realizarse como parte del proceso de aprobación del Plan Regulador\nCostero (PRC), definido por la Ley 6043, ya que el Plan Regulador Costero es el\ninstrumento de ordenamiento territorial, que define y ubica todas las zonas a\nconcesionar dentro de la ZMT y para la clasificación de ésta a nivel de los\nplanos de catastro. Por tanto, el Plan Regulador Costero debe indicar clara y\nexpresamente, las áreas del PNE para no contabilizarlas en el área total a\nconcesionar.\"\n\n14.- Que el IGN utilizó la\nmetodología de Delimitación Digital Georreferenciada, para delimitar la zona\npública de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre del manglar en el estero sin nombre en\nPlaya Junquillal en el distrito 03º Veintisiete de Abril, cantón 03º Santa\nCruz, provincia 05º Guanacaste.\n\n15.- Que mediante los\noficios ACT-OR-T-1462-2024 de fecha 14 de octubre de 2024 y el ACT-OSRSCC-1094-2024\nde fecha 11 de octubre de 2024 del Área de Conservación Tempisque presentan\nel informe técnico y el aval de la delimitación realizada de la zona pública\ndel manglar del estero sin nombre situado en Playa Junquillal, al cual se le otorga\nvisto bueno al levantamiento y delimitación realizada.\n\n16.- Que la delimitación de\nla zona pública de la ZMT del cantón de Santa Cruz fue realizada bajo el\nConvenio de Cooperación entre el Sistema Nacional de Áreas de Conservación y la\nMunicipalidad de Santa Cruz, y concretado por la contratación de la empresa\nSTEREOCARTO CENTROAMERICA S.A., licitación 2022LA-000021-0021000001, según\noficios CTPR-SINAC_ACT-0043-10-2023 (DDUR-DCT-SINAC_ACT-0630-10-20223) del\n10 de octubre de 2023.\n\n17.- Que la delimitación\ndigital georreferenciada de la zona pública correspondiente al manglar situado\nen el estero sin nombre en Playa Junquillal fue realizada el jueves 10 de octubre\nde 2024, por el Área de Conservación Tempisque (ACT).\n\n18.- Que mediante el oficio\nDIG-GDF-002-2025-PU-INF-Informe delimitación del manglar del estero sin\nnombre en Playa Junquillal de fecha 14 de enero de 2025, generado por el Subproceso\nde Topografía del Departamento Geodesia y Geofísica del Instituto Geográfico Nacional,\nse emitió el informe de revisión técnica para la publicación de delimitación georreferenciada\nde la zona pública de un sector de manglar en el estero sin nombre situado\nen Playa Junquillal en relación con los trabajos realizados por SINAC-ACT,\ndonde es avalada técnicamente la delimitación realizada para su publicación.\n\n19.- Que el artículo 140 de\nla Ley N°6227 Ley General de la Administración Pública señala que \"el\nacto administrativo producirá su efecto después de comunicado al administrado, excepto si le concede únicamente derechos, en\ncuyo caso lo producirá desde que se adopte\", disposición que necesariamente\ndebe relacionarse con el numeral 204 inciso 1) del mismo cuerpo normativo, que\ndefine el instrumento idóneo para comunicar actos de naturaleza genérica al\nseñalar que: \"Se comunicarán por publicación los actos generales y por notificación,\nlos concretos\".\n\nCOMUNICA:\n\nPrimero: Que, el día 10 de octubre de 2024 el Área de Conservación\nTempisque realizó el trabajo de campo para la delimitación digital\ngeorreferenciada al sistema nacional de coordenadas de la zona pública del manglar\nen el estero sin nombre en Playa Junquillal en el distrito 03º Veintisiete de\nAbril, cantón 03º Santa Cruz, provincia 05º Guanacaste.\n\nSegundo: El Instituto Geográfico Nacional publica la delimitación digital georreferenciada\nde la zona pública de la zona marítimo terrestre correspondiente al manglar\nen el estero sin nombre en Playa Junquillal en el distrito 03º Veintisiete de\nAbril, cantón 03º Likewise, pursuant to Ley N°59, IGN is \"the scientific and technical authority governing national cartography, responsible for producing the Official Base Map and the Basic Geographic Description of the Republic of Costa Rica, and for conducting studies, research, work, and the development of national policies of a cartographic, geographic, geodetic, geophysical, and similar nature relating to those works, with the aim of supporting planning processes.\"\n\n2.- That Ley N°59 establishes IGN on a permanent basis and as a representative of the State as the official authority on geodetic matters and the spatial representation of the geography of the Republic of Costa Rica, with its authority extending to activities of any kind arising from the work entrusted to it.\n\n3.- That pursuant to Article 62 of Decreto Ejecutivo N°7841-P, Reglamento a la Ley sobre la Zona Marítimo Terrestre, dated December 16, 1977, and its amendments, IGN's competence to delimit the public zone (zona pública) of the maritime-terrestrial zone (zona marítimo terrestre) and to make it official through publication in the Official Gazette La Gaceta is recognized; Article 63 of Decreto Ejecutivo N°7841-P provides that \"IGN shall publish a notice in the Official Gazette for each portion of the maritime-terrestrial zone in which it has demarcated the public zone.\"\n\n4.- That Decreto Ejecutivo N°36642-MP-MOPT-MINAET, Reglamento de Especificaciones para la Delimitación de la zona pública de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre, dated June 28, 2011, establishes under Article 18 that for the delimitation of the public zone of the maritime-terrestrial zone, IGN may employ two execution methodologies, set forth in Articles 19 and 20, corresponding to the delimitation of the public zone of the maritime-terrestrial zone through the placement of boundary markers (mojones) and/or through georeferenced digital delimitation, with the aim of expediting delimitations and providing greater technical certainty to interested parties.\n\n5.- That Decreto Ejecutivo N°33797-MJ-MOPT, which declares CR05, linked to the International Terrestrial Reference Frame (ITRF2000) of the International Earth Rotation Service (IERS) for the measurement epoch 2005.83, as the official horizontal datum for Costa Rica, dated March 30, 2007, establishes, among other matters, the CR05 National Horizontal Reference Geodetic Network and its associated cartographic projection (proyección cartográfica), CRTM05, as the official system to which the coordinates of all geodetic, cartographic, and cadastral work carried out in Costa Rica must be referenced, specifying in Article 11 that: \"The CR05 National Horizontal Reference Geodetic Network and the CRTM05 cartographic projection system shall constitute the sole official coordinate system for the Republic of Costa Rica, from which all surveying and cartographic and geodetic activities carried out in the National Territory by any public agency, person, or national or foreign private entity must be referenced.\"; while Article 7 states that \"As cartographic data are produced in the new CRTM05 cartographic projection system, IGN shall publish through appropriate channels the information that has been made official.\"\n\n6.- That Decreto Ejecutivo N°40962-MJP, Actualización del Sistema Geodésico de Referencia Horizontal Oficial para Costa Rica, dated January 24, 2018, declares in Article 1 that \"The official horizontal geodetic reference system for Costa Rica, known as CR05, and its materialization through the National Geodetic Network, is renamed CRSIRGAS, as the official horizontal reference system for the Republic of Costa Rica, linked to the International Terrestrial Reference Frame ITRF2008 (IGb08), for the measurement epoch 2014.59; and henceforth, changes and updates shall be governed in accordance with the new definitions of the ITRF as implemented in the continental network of the Sistema de Referencia Geocéntrico para las Américas (SIRGAS), known as SIRGASCON\"; and that Article 2 establishes that \"The CRTM05 cartographic projection system shall remain the official system for the cartographic representation of the national continental territory, extended for the purposes of applying this cartographic projection up to the baseline of the territorial sea in the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, said baseline being defined in accordance with Articles 5, 6, and 7 of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, as the starting point for computing the maximum breadth of all jurisdictional marine areas of the Costa Rican State.\"\n\nFor its part, Article 12 of the aforementioned decree reinforces the application of the CRTM05 cartographic projection as the official national coordinate system to which all work in the continental territory of Costa Rica must be referenced, by providing that \"The CRSIRGAS horizontal reference system and its associated CRTM05 cartographic projection for the continental territory extended to the baseline of the territorial sea, and the 'Universal Transverse Mercator' (UTM) cartographic projection, zones 16 and 17, for the jurisdictional marine and island areas in the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, shall constitute the sole official coordinate system for the Republic of Costa Rica, from which all surveying and cartographic and geodetic activities carried out in the national territory by any public agency, person, or national or foreign private entity undertaking or contracting geodetic and cartographic work must be referenced, thereby contributing to the avoidance of public expenditure and, on the other hand, obtaining reliable, uniform, and comparable geographic information that is of general utility and that supports decision-making at the various levels of the State.\"\n\n7.- That georeferencing to the national coordinate system as a mechanism for delimiting the public zone of the maritime-terrestrial zone makes it possible to correctly delimit the public zone for the purposes of preparing regulatory plans, endorsing cadastral survey plans (planos de agrimensura), granting concessions in the Restricted Zone (Zona Restringida), and other aspects of coastal land-use planning.\n\n8.- That the georeferenced digital information on the delimitation of the public zone of the maritime-terrestrial zone held by IGN is referred to as the Georeferenced Digital Geodatabase (Geodatabase Digital Georreferenciada, GDG) of IGN on the maritime-terrestrial zone (ZMT).\n\n9.- That the Georeferenced Digital Geodatabase (GDG) of IGN on the maritime-terrestrial zone is technically grounded in the application of the regulations established by: a) Decreto Ejecutivo N°7841-P, Reglamento a la Ley No. 6043 sobre la Zona Marítimo Terrestre; b) Decreto Ejecutivo N°33797-MJ-MOPT, declaring CR05 and its associated cartographic projection CRTM05 as the official horizontal datum for Costa Rica; c) Decreto Ejecutivo N°36642-MP-MOPT-MINAET, Reglamento de Especificaciones para la Delimitación de la zona pública de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre; and d) Decreto Ejecutivo N°40962-MJP, Actualización del Sistema Geodésico de Referencia Horizontal Oficial para Costa Rica.\n\n10.- That Article 16 of Ley N°7575, Ley Forestal, of February 13, 1996, and its amendments, establishes that MINAE shall demarcate on the ground the boundaries of the areas comprising the State Natural Heritage (Patrimonio Natural del Estado).\n\n11.- That Article 11 of Chapter I, General Provisions, of Ley N°6043, establishes that the \"public zone is also, regardless of its extent, the area occupied by all mangroves on the continental and insular coastlines and estuaries of the national territory.\"\n\n12.- That Decreto Ejecutivo N°36786-MINAET, Manual para la clasificación de tierras dedicadas a la conservación de los recursos naturales dentro de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre en Costa Rica, dated August 12, 2011, establishes among its objectives \"To identify within the maritime-terrestrial zone those lands classified as forests, lands of forest aptitude (Class VII and VIII soils), and wetlands (mangroves, estuaries, rias, saltmarshes, coastal lagoons, swamps, flooded forests, and salt flats), in order to certify them and incorporate them as part of the State Natural Heritage (PNE).\"\n\n13.- That Decreto Ejecutivo N°36786-MINAET, under point III — Competencias para la delimitación y certificación, establishes that \"The classification of lands within the maritime-terrestrial zone shall fall to the Conservation Areas (Áreas de Conservación, AC) of SINAC and to private professionals duly accredited by the relevant Professional Associations to classify forests, lands of forest aptitude (Class VII and VIII soils), (mangroves, estuaries, rias, saltmarshes, coastal lagoons, swamps, flooded forests, salt flats), and wetlands.\n\nThe validity of classification documents issued by private professionals shall be subject to approval by the AC with territorial jurisdiction. The AC of SINAC with jurisdiction over the maritime-terrestrial zone shall also be responsible for the verification, inspection, surveying, and certification of State Natural Heritage lands and protection zones.\n\nThe location and delimitation of State Natural Heritage areas within the maritime-terrestrial zone must be carried out as part of the approval process for the Coastal Regulatory Plan (Plan Regulador Costero, PRC) as defined by Ley 6043, since the Coastal Regulatory Plan is the land-use planning instrument that defines and locates all zones to be granted under concession within the maritime-terrestrial zone and for the classification of such zones at the level of cadastral plans. Therefore, the Coastal Regulatory Plan must clearly and expressly indicate the PNE areas so that they are not counted toward the total area available for concession.\"\n\n14.- That IGN used the Georeferenced Digital Delimitation methodology to delimit the public zone of the maritime-terrestrial zone of the mangrove in the unnamed estuary at Playa Junquillal in district 03° Veintisiete de Abril, canton 03° Santa Cruz, province 05° Guanacaste.\n\n15.- That through official communications ACT-OR-T-1462-2024 dated October 14, 2024, and ACT-OSRSCC-1094-2024 dated October 11, 2024, the Área de Conservación Tempisque submitted the technical report and endorsement of the delimitation carried out for the public zone of the mangrove in the unnamed estuary located at Playa Junquillal, approving the survey and delimitation performed.\n\n16.- That the delimitation of the public zone of the maritime-terrestrial zone in the canton of Santa Cruz was carried out under the Cooperation Agreement between SINAC and the Municipality of Santa Cruz, and concretized through the contracting of the firm STEREOCARTO CENTROAMERICA S.A., tender 2022LA-000021-0021000001, pursuant to official communications CTPR-SINAC_ACT-0043-10-2023 (DDUR-DCT-SINAC_ACT-0630-10-20223) of October 10, 2023.\n\n17.- That the georeferenced digital delimitation of the public zone corresponding to the mangrove located in the unnamed estuary at Playa Junquillal was carried out on Thursday, October 10, 2024, by the Área de Conservación Tempisque (ACT).\n\n18.- That through official communication DIG-GDF-002-2025-PU-INF — Report on the delimitation of the mangrove of the unnamed estuary at Playa Junquillal, dated January 14, 2025, issued by the Topography Sub-process of the Geodesy and Geophysics Department of IGN, a technical review report was issued for the publication of the georeferenced digital delimitation of the public zone of a mangrove sector in the unnamed estuary at Playa Junquillal, in relation to the work carried out by SINAC-ACT, wherein the delimitation performed was technically endorsed for publication.\n\n19.- That Article 140 of Ley N°6227, Ley General de la Administración Pública, provides that \"the administrative act shall produce its effect after it has been communicated to the party concerned, except where it grants rights only, in which case it shall produce its effect from the moment it is adopted,\" a provision that must necessarily be read in conjunction with Article 204, subparagraph 1) of the same body of law, which defines the appropriate instrument for communicating acts of a general nature by providing that: \"General acts shall be communicated by publication, and specific acts by notification.\"\n\nHEREBY GIVES NOTICE:\n\nFirst: That on October 10, 2024, the Área de Conservación Tempisque carried out field work for the georeferenced digital delimitation, referenced to the national coordinate system, of the public zone of the mangrove in the unnamed estuary at Playa Junquillal in district 03° Veintisiete de Abril, canton 03° Santa Cruz, province 05° Guanacaste.\n\nSecond: IGN hereby publishes the georeferenced digital delimitation of the public zone of the maritime-terrestrial zone corresponding to the mangrove in the unnamed estuary at Playa Junquillal in district 03° Veintisiete de Abril, canton 03° Santa Cruz, province 05° Guanacaste, based on the Reglamento de Especificaciones para la Delimitación de la zona pública de la Zona Marítimo Terrestre and the methodology used and validated
