Asimismo, el ordinal 33 bis del Reglamento a la Ley de\nAsociaciones, agrega: \"La declaratoria de utilidad pública será\nrevocable en cualquier momento, no obstante, en caso de la no presentación o\npresentación incompleta del informe de labores, se prevendrá a la asociación,\nuna única vez, por el plazo de diez días hábiles. Asimismo, la derogatoria de\nla utilidad pública se realizará mediante resolución razonada resultante del\nprocedimiento de derogatoria del beneficio de utilidad pública el cual, se\nregirá por lo establecido en la Ley General de Administración Pública\n(...)\".
