That the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of Costa Rica, through Law No. 10678 of the twenty-fourth day of March of two thousand twenty-five, published in Scope number fifty-one of Digital Gazette number seventy-three of the twenty-fourth of April of two thousand twenty-five, approved the \"Agreement under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea on the Conservation and Sustainable Use of Marine Biological Diversity of Areas beyond National Jurisdiction,\" adopted in the city of New York, United States of America, on the nineteenth of June of two thousand twenty-three.\n\nII.
