Con base en dicho\ndocumento se toma el siguiente acuerdo:\n\n\"Se acuerda aprobar la reforma al \"Reglamento\npara la Gestión Integral de Residuos Sólidos y Servicios Públicos Relacionados'\nQue los artículos 24, 25, 26 y 27 se modifiquen a efecto de que en adelante\nse lean de la siguiente manera:\n\nArtículo 24º-La\nMunicipalidad brindará el servicio de mantenimiento de zonas verdes en lugares\ndonde existen áreas de parque, juegos infantiles, zonas de protección de ríos y\nquebradas, siempre que sean propiedad municipal; en los distritos que tengan\ncobertura del servicio.\n\nArtículo 25º-Descripción del servicio: El servicio de mantenimiento de zonas verdes consiste en\ncorte de césped, recolección de residuos producto de la limpieza de áreas de parque, juegos\ninfantiles y la posibilidad de hacer inversión de recursos municipales, para promover el ornato,\nactividades recreativas, deportivas y de esparcimiento para todos los grupos etarios.\n\nArtículo 26º-Ampliación de la Cobertura del Servicio: La Municipalidad decidirá de acuerdo con\ncriterio técnicos y especializados, en cuáles distritos se ampliará la cobertura del servicio y en\nqué momento. Se considerarán los recursos disponibles y los nieles de recaudación y morosidad del\ndistrito, entre otros factores para realizar dicha ampliación.\n\nArtículo 27º-Tasa por el servicio.   "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Standard 032\n\n                        Amendment to the Regulation for the Comprehensive Management of Solid Waste and Related Public\nServices provided in the canton of Aserrí\n\nMUNICIPALITY OF ASERRÍ\n\nNOTICE\n\nThe Municipality of Aserrí\nannounces that by means of agreement # 02-032, Article Three issued by the\nMunicipal Council of Aserrí in Ordinary Session No.\n032, held on December 9, 2024, which was approved\nunanimously and definitively, it ordered the following: \"The Municipal Secretariat\nreports that, having published in the Official Gazette La\nGaceta No. 206, of November 4, 2024, the corresponding Project that\narticle 43 of the Municipal Code provides for, and the public consultation period having elapsed\nwithout formally raised objections.
