  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        0 Complete Regulation Text\n\n                        Reform of the Regulation for the Comprehensive Solid Waste Management of the\nMunicipality of Esparza\n\nMUNICIPALITY OF ESPARZA\n\nThe Municipality of Esparza, by agreement of its Honorable\nMunicipal Council, in record N° 91-2025 of the ordinary session, held on\nthe sixteenth of June of two thousand twenty-five, Article III, subsection 7), agreed\nto definitively and unanimously approve the amendment of Article 114 of the Regulation\nfor the Comprehensive Solid Waste Management of the Canton of Esparza, the\ntext of which shall read:\n\nArticle 114.-Rate for the Service. The street sweeping service (servicio de limpieza de vías) is charged according to the property value in the locations where the service is provided. The Municipality shall calculate this rate on an annual basis and shall collect it in quarterly installments on the outstanding balance. The charge for the final disposal of the waste generated by this service shall be included within the costs to be considered in the tariff and must be transferred to the department that performs the waste management service."
