In the meantime, the Municipalities of\nCartago and Paraíso shall be exempt from payment for this service.\n\nSOLE TRANSITORY\nPROVISION- Deadline for the installation of measurement equipment\n\nThe\nAyA shall have a period of one year from the entry\ninto force of this law to install the adequate measurement equipment that\nclearly individualizes the cubic meters to be billed monthly to the\nMunicipality of Cartago and the Municipality of Paraíso, for the\nsupply of raw water in bulk, exempt or in large volumes for the\nCartago Water Treatment Plant.\n\nEffective\nupon its publication.\n\nDone\nat the Presidency of the Republic, San José, on the thirty-first day of the month of\nJuly of the year two thousand twenty-five."
