  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Norm 075\n\n                        Amendment to the Regulation for the granting of use permits in the maritime\nterrestrial zone of the canton of Nicoya\n\nMUNICIPALITY OF NICOYA\n\nAMENDMENT TO ARTICLE 11 OF THE REGULATION FOR\n\nTHE GRANTING OF USE PERMITS IN THE MARITIME\n\nTERRESTRIAL ZONE OF THE CANTON OF NICOYA.\n\nIn accordance with the provisions of articles 11,\n169 and 170 of the Political Constitution, 11 and 13 of the General Law of\nPublic Administration, 13 subsections c) and ñ), and 43 second paragraph of the Municipal\nCode, the Municipal Council of Nicoya, through Municipal Agreement N°\n020-054-2025, of Ordinary Session N° 054 held on Tuesday, May 13,\n2025, agreed to issue the \"DRAFT AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE 11 OF THE REGULATION\nFOR THE GRANTING OF USE PERMITS IN THE MARITIME TERRESTRIAL ZONE OF THE CANTON\nOF NICOYA\", for its non-binding public consultation for a period of 10 business\ndays counted from the business day following its publication, and\nhaving received comments which were duly addressed by\nthe Municipal Council after its publication, the Collegiate Body, in Municipal\nAgreement N° 014-075-2025 of Ordinary Session N° 075 held on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, approves its publication for the second time for\nformalization before the Municipal Corporation as: \"AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE\n11 OF THE REGULATION FOR THE GRANTING OF USE PERMITS IN THE MARITIME\nTERRESTRIAL ZONE OF THE CANTON OF NICOYA\".\n\nIn accordance with the provisions of Article 43 of the\nMunicipal Code, it is submitted for publication in La Gaceta for its entry into\nforce, which states the following:\n\nAMENDMENT TO ARTICLE 11 OF THE REGULATION FOR\n\nTHE GRANTING OF USE PERMITS IN THE MARITIME\n\nTERRESTRIAL ZONE OF THE CANTON OF NICOYA.\n\n\"Article 11.-Term of the use permit. The\nuse permits shall be granted for a term of five years, which shall be\nrenewable for equal terms, and the renewals granted must not exceed\n15 years in total. At the request of the interested party, it may remain in force\nuntil the coastal regulatory plan (plan regulador costero) of the respective\narea is approved.\"\n\nShall become effective upon its publication."
