  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text of Statute 10815\n\n                        Authorization for the Rural Development Institute (Instituto de Desarrollo Rural, INDER) to forgive the\noutstanding debts of the awardees of agricultural parcels and social-interest housing lots,\nin the Azarea María settlement, Zapote de Puerto Viejo de Sarapiquí\n\nNo. 10815\n\nTHE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC\nOF COSTA RICA\n\nDECREES:\n\nAUTHORIZATION FOR THE RURAL DEVELOPMENT\nINSTITUTE (INDER) TO\n\nFORGIVE THE OUTSTANDING DEBTS OF THE\nAWARDEES\n\nOF AGRICULTURAL PARCELS AND SOCIAL-INTEREST\nHOUSING\n\nLOTS, IN THE AZAREA MARÍA\nSETTLEMENT,\n\nZAPOTE DE PUERTO VIEJO DE SARAPIQUÍ\n\nARTICLE 1- The\nRural Development Institute is authorized to, on a one-time basis, fully forgive\nthe principal debt and interest on operations relating to properties granted\nor assigned by the Agrarian Development Institute (Instituto de Desarrollo Agrario, IDA) or the\nInstituto de Desarrollo Rural (Inder), to land awardees\nfor agricultural parcels and social-interest housing lots, in the\ncampesino settlement of Azarea María de Zapote, de Puerto Viejo de Sarapiquí,\nwhich are detailed below:\n\nARTICLE 2- To obtain\nthe benefits established in this law, titled awardees,\nas well as persons to whom parcels have been assigned, must meet\nthe following requirements:\n\na) Request the forgiveness\nbenefit before the Instituto de Desarrollo Rural.\n\nWhen there are two or more\nawardees per lot or parcel, the request may be made by any of\nthem.\n\nb) Justify the current use\nof the property, according to one or more of the rural development objectives\nestablished in Law 9036, Transformation of the Instituto de Desarrollo Agrario\n(IDA) into the Instituto de Desarrollo Rural, of May 11, 2012.\n\nARTICLE 3- The removal\nof encumbrances before the Public Registry, in cases where title exists,\nrelated to the operations to be forgiven in their entirety, shall be carried out\nby the Instituto de Desarrollo Rural free of charge, in accordance with\nArticle 450 of the Civil Code.\n\nIt shall take effect upon its\npublication.\n\nGiven at the Presidency of the\nRepublic, San José, on the nineteenth day of November of the year two thousand\ntwenty-five.\n\nLET IT BE EXECUTED AND PUBLISHED."
