  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 45259\n\n                        Deja sin efecto Declara de utilidad pública para los intereses del Estado la\nAsociación Aves de Osa Investigación y Conservación\n\nN°\n45259-MJP\n\nEL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA\n\nEL MINISTRO DE JUSTICIA Y PAZ\n\nCon fundamento en lo dispuesto en los\nartículos 140, inciso 18) y 146 de la Constitución Política, en el artículo 32\nde la Ley de Asociaciones N° 218 del 8 de agosto de 1939 y los artículos 27 y\nsiguientes del Reglamento a la Ley de Asociaciones N° 29496-J, publicado en La\nGaceta N° 96 del 21 de mayo del 2001, en los artículos 25 inciso 1),\nartículo 27 inciso 1) y 28 inciso 2) acápite b) de la Ley General de\nAdministración Pública N° 6227 del 02 de mayo de 1978, así como lo establecido\nen el artículo 3°, inciso ch), de la Ley de Impuesto sobre la Renta N° 7092 y\nel los artículos 103 y 104 del Código de Normas y Procedimientos Tributarios N°\n4755.\n\nConsiderando:\n\nI.-Que el artículo 32 de la Ley de\nAsociaciones N° 218 del 8 de agosto de 1939 y sus reformas, confiere al Poder\nEjecutivo la potestad de declarar de utilidad pública a las asociaciones\nsimples, federadas o confederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades sean\nparticularmente útiles para los intereses del Estado, y que por ello\ncontribuyan a solventar una necesidad social.\n\nII.-La Asociación Aves de Osa\nInvestigación y Conservación, cédula jurídica número tres-cero cero\ndos-seiscientos ochenta y tres mil ciento cuarenta y cuatro, se inscribió en el\nRegistro de Asociaciones del Registro Público el día dieciséis de junio del dos\nmil catorce, al tomo dos mil trece, asiento trescientos cuatro mil ciento\nsiete.\n\nIII.-Que el artículo 33 ter del Reglamento\na la Ley de Asociaciones indica: \"En caso de que alguna asociación renuncie\na la declaratoria de utilidad pública, deberá presentar la documentación\ncorrespondiente ante la Asesoría Jurídica del Ministerio de Justicia y Paz\nquien, sin más trámite, procederá a realizar la derogatoria.\"\n\nIV.-Que la Asociación Aves de Osa\nInvestigación y Conservación, cédula jurídica número tres-cero cero\ndos-seiscientos ochenta y tres mil ciento cuarenta y cuatro, mediante oficio de\nfecha catorce de marzo del dos mil veinticinco, presentado por su representante\nlegal, la señora Karen Marie Leavelle, con pasaporte número seis cuatro dos\ncuatro uno siete nueve cinco dos, comunicó formalmente la renuncia al beneficio\nde la declaratoria de utilidad pública.
