  "body_es_text": "Recuerde que Control F es una opción que le permite buscar\n                en la totalidad del texto\n\n                Ir al final del documento\n\n                    - Usted está en la última versión de la norma\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 3549\n\n                        Crea Distritos Barranca (8º) y Jacó (9º) de Cantón Central Puntarenas\n\nTexto Completo acta: 1CE23\n1\n\n               Artículo 1º.- Créanse los distritos 8º y 9º del cantón\n\n          central de la provincia de Puntarenas, con los nombres de\n\n          distrito de Barranca y distrito de Jacó, respectivamente.\n\n Ficha articulo\n\n               Artículo 2º.- El distrito de Barranca estará comprendido\n\n          dentro de los siguientes límites:\n\n               Norte: quebrada de Las Palmas en parte y camino que pasa\n\n          unmediantamente al Norte de San Miguel.\n\n               Sur: Zona Urbana de la ciudad de Puntarenas.\n\n               Este: río Barranca; y\n\n               Oeste: río Naranjo.\n\n               El límite Norte en detalle se describe así:\n\n               Partiendo de la confluencia del río Naranjo con la quebrada\n\n          de las Palmas, aguas arriba hasta el curece con un camino que\n\n          existe en ese lugar.  Se sigue por este camino, primero al Este,\n\n          luego al Sur, y de nuevo al Este, hasta encontrar otro camino que\n\n          pasa por la ermita de San Miguel.  Del entronque de ambos caminos\n\n          se traza una línea recta provisional hacia el Este, a la\n\n          confluencia de los ríos Barranca y Guatuso.\n\n               El límite Sur en detalle se decribe así:\n\n               Partiendo del Océano Pacífico a la altura de la\n\n          desembocadura del río Barranca, hacia el Norte por el camino que\n\n          conduce al Roble hasta su entronque con la carretera Chagüite;\n\n          de allí, sobre la misma carretera hasta la calle del arreo.  De\n\n          este último punto se sigue hacia el Noreoeste en línea recta\n\n          hasta la quebrada Gata y por esta quebrada hasta su confluencia\n\n          con el río Naranjo.\n\n Ficha articulo\n\n               Artículo 3º.- El distrito de Barranca comprnderá las\n\n          poblaciones y caseríos siguientes: Barranca, como cabecera; San\n\n          Gerardo, La Rioja, Santa Rosa, San Miguel, San Miguelito y El\n\n          Mango.\n\n Ficha articulo\n\n               Artículo 4º.- El distrito de Jacó estará comprendido dentro\n\n          de los siguientes límites:\n\n               Norte: los cantones de Esparta y Orotina\n\n               Sur: Océano Pacífico\n\n               Este: cantón de Orotina, cantón de Turrubares y cantón de\n\n          Aguirre.\n\n               Oeste: Océano Pacífico.\n\n               Los límites en detalle por el Este se describen así:\n\n               Partiendo de la desembocadura del río Tusubres en el Océano\n\n          Pacífico, se sigue por este río aguas arriba hasta su confluencia\n\n          con el río Tulín.  Se sigue por este último aguas arriba y se\n\n          continúa aguas arriba, primero del Turrubaritos y luego del río\n\n          Seco hasta sus cabeceras en la Fila Negra.  Se continúa por esta\n\n          fila primero al Noroeste pasando por el vértice Herra de\n\n          triangulación y luego al Norte, hasta encontrar las cabeceras del\n\n          río Camoranal, por el cual se continúa aguas abajo hasta su\n\n          confluencia con el río Tarcolitos.\n\n               Se toma este último aguas abajo en una longitud de\n\n          aproximandamente medio kilómetro: hasta la confluencia por la\n\n          orilla derecha con una quebraada intermitente sin nombre hasta\n\n          su cabecera en el cerro Quebrada Bonita; aquí se toma una\n\n          dirección general Este, por una distancia aproximada de tres\n\n          kilómetros, sobre la fila divisoria de las aguas locales hasta\n\n          alcanzar las cabeceras de la quebrada Cinco Pasos.  Se toma aguas\n\n          abajo, primero de la quebrada Cinco Pasos, y luego del río Carara\n\n          hasta su desembocadura en el río Grande de Tárcoles, el cual se\n\n          sigue aguas arriba por un trayecto de aproximadamente tres y\n\n          medio kilómetros; aquí se deja el río Grande de Tárcoles y se\n\n          asciende, por la orilla derecha, a la cima de la pequeña serranía\n\n          que, con rumbo general Noroeste, divide las aguas de las\n\n          quebradas Coyote y Parales; se continúa por esta fila, ser\n\n          atraviesa la carretera entre Orotina y la boca del río Grande,\n\n          donde actualmente opera un trasbordador para pasajeros, vehículos\n\n          y carga, a una distancia aproximada de nueve kilómetros al\n\n          Noroeste del citado trasbordador. De este punto a la carretera\n\n          se desciende a las cabeceras de la quebrada Comarcuabe, por la\n\n          cual se continúa aguas abajo, primero por esta quebrada, luego\n\n          por la del Congo, y más adelante por los ríos Carros y Jesús\n\n          María y el estero de Tivives, hastasu desembocadura en el Océano\n\n          Pacífico.  Aquí se toma el Sureste y Sur por la costa del\n\n          mencionado Océano, hasta llegar a la desembocadura del río\n\n          Tusubres, origen de la presente descripción.\n\n Ficha articulo\n\n               Artículo 5º.- La cabecera del nuevo distrito será el Barrio\n\n          de Jacó, que se declara zona urbana. Follow this road, first east, then south, and again east, until reaching another road that passes by the hermitage of San Miguel. From the junction of both roads, a provisional straight line is drawn eastwards to the confluence of the Barranca and Guatuso Rivers (ríos).\n\nThe southern boundary is described in detail as follows:\n\nStarting from the Pacific Ocean at the level of the mouth of the Barranca River (río), north along the road that leads to El Roble to its junction with the Chagüite highway; from there, along the same highway to the livestock trail street (calle del arreo). From this last point, follow northwest in a straight line to the Gata stream (quebrada) and along this stream (quebrada) to its confluence with the Naranjo River (río).\n\nArticle record\n\nArticle 3.- The district of Barranca shall include the following towns and hamlets: Barranca, as the head town; San Gerardo, La Rioja, Santa Rosa, San Miguel, San Miguelito, and El Mango.\n\nArticle record\n\nArticle 4.- The district of Jacó shall be comprised within the following boundaries:\n\nNorth: the cantons of Esparta and Orotina\n\nSouth: Pacific Ocean\n\nEast: canton of Orotina, canton of Turrubares, and canton of Aguirre.\n\nWest: Pacific Ocean.\n\nThe boundaries in detail to the east are described as follows:\n\nStarting from the mouth of the Tusubres River (río) in the Pacific Ocean, follow this river (río) upstream to its confluence with the Tulín River (río). Follow this latter river (río) upstream and continue upstream, first along the Turrubaritos and then the Seco River (río) to their headwaters in the Negra Ridge (Fila Negra). Continue along this ridge (fila) first northwest, passing through the Herra triangulation vertex, and then north, until reaching the headwaters of the Camoranal River (río), along which you continue downstream to its confluence with the Tarcolitos River (río).\n\nFollow this latter river (río) downstream for a length of approximately half a kilometer to the confluence on the right bank with an unnamed intermittent stream (quebrada) without name to its headwater at the Quebrada Bonita hill (cerro); from here take a general east direction, for an approximate distance of three kilometers, along the dividing ridge (fila) of the local waters until reaching the headwaters of the Cinco Pasos stream (quebrada). Continue downstream, first along the Cinco Pasos stream (quebrada), and then along the Carara River (río) to its mouth in the Grande de Tárcoles River (río), which is followed upstream for a stretch of approximately three and a half kilometers; here leave the Grande de Tárcoles River (río) and ascend, along the right bank, to the summit of the small mountain range that, with a general northwest course, divides the waters of the Coyote and Parales streams (quebradas); continue along this ridge (fila), cross the highway between Orotina and the mouth of the Grande River (río), where a ferry for passengers, vehicles, and cargo currently operates, at an approximate distance of nine kilometers northwest of the said ferry. From this point on the highway, descend to the headwaters of the Comarcuabe stream (quebrada), along which you continue downstream, first along this stream (quebrada), then along the Congo, and later along the Carros and Jesús María Rivers (ríos) and the Tivives estuary (estero), to its mouth in the Pacific Ocean. Here take the southeast and south along the coast of the mentioned Ocean, until reaching the mouth of the Tusubres River (río), the origin of this description.\n\nArticle record\n\nArticle 5.- The head town of the new district shall be the Barrio de Jacó, which is declared an urban zone.
