Que el artículo 60 de la Ley Nº 7138 del 24 de\n\n          noviembre de 1989 estableció el sistema de\n\n          remuneración de los miembros de las Instituciones\n\n          Autónomas y Semiautónomas, indicando que serán\n\n          incrementadas anualmente de conformidad con el índice\n\n          de inflación que determine el Banco Central de Costa\n\n          Rica.\n\n     2.   Que los criterios establecidos en el artículo 60 de la\n\n          ley antes citada, los ha utilizado el Poder Ejecutivo\n\n          para determinar el monto que por concepto de dietas\n\n          deben devengar los miembros de la Junta Administrativa\n\n          del Registro Nacional y que para el año 1994 el índice\n\n          de inflación que determinó el Banco Central de Costa\n\n          Rica es de 19.86%.\n\n     Con fundamento en las disposiciones contenidas en los\n\nartículos 140 incisos 3), 18) y 20) de la Constitución Política,\n\n27, 28 y 142 de la Ley General de la Administración Pública,\n\n                           DECRETAN:\n\n     Artículo 1º.- Los miembros de la Junta Administrativa del\n\nRegistro Nacional serán remunerados mediante dietas que\n\ndevengarán por cada sesión a la cual asistan el número de\n\nsesiones remuneradas no podrá exceder de cuatro sesiones al mes\n\ny el monto de cada una será de ¢ 7.188,25 (siete mil ciento\n\nochenta y ocho colones con veinticinco céntimos) para los\n\nmiembros propietarios y ¢ 3.594,10 (tres mil quinientos noventa\n\ny cuatro colones con diez céntimos) para los miembros suplentes.\n\nSólo tendrán derecho a dieta los directores que asistan a las\n\nsesiones respectivas. That article 60 of Law Nº 7138 of 24\n\n          November 1989 established the system of\n\n          remuneration for members of Autonomous and Semi-autonomous\n\n          Institutions, indicating that they shall be\n\n          increased annually in accordance with the inflation\n\n          index determined by the Central Bank of Costa\n\n          Rica.\n\n     2.
