El texto dirá:\n\n\n\n\n\n\"Artículo 2.- (...)\n\n\n\n\n\nDecláranse como zona portuaria reservada para fines de interés público, los terrenos comprendidos\ndentro de los límites descritos en el siguiente párrafo, de conformidad con la proyección Lambert,\nCosta Rica Norte.\n\n\n\n\n\nPartiendo de la intersección del eje paralelo 212.700 con la línea de bajamares inferiores, se\ncontinúa sobre este eje paralelo en sentido Este, hasta interceptar el lindero de margen izquierdo\ndel derecho de vía de la Ruta Nacional Nº 23 en sentido El Roble de Puntarenas a puerto Caldera. Se\ncontinúa sobre este lindero de margen izquierdo en sentido sur-este, hasta la intersección de esta\nlínea con el punto definido por la intersección del eje meridiano 458.200 y el eje paralelo 210.860.\nSe continúa sobre este eje meridiano en sentido Sur, hasta interceptar el eje paralelo 210.000. Se\nsigue sobre este eje paralelo, en sentido oeste, hasta interceptar la línea de bajamares inferiores.\nSe continúa sobre esta línea hasta su intersección con el paralelo 212.700. En este límite, se\nexceptúa la sección de línea de bajamares inferiores que ingresa al estero de Mata de Limón y sale\nde ahí.\n\n\n\n\n\nAsimismo, dentro de la zona portuaria reservada se mantienen los terrenos ubicados en el cerro de\nMata de Limón, ubicado al sur del poblado del mismo nombre, que a esta fecha están en posesión o\npropiedad del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transportes, el Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad\ny el Instituto Costarricense de Puertos del Pacífico, ya que, por su localización elevada, son\nnecesarios para los servicios de ayuda a la navegación, las telecomunicaciones y el agua potable\npara el complejo portuario de Caldera y las poblaciones circundantes.\n\n\n\n\n\nEn esta zona portuaria reservada, el Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transportes está autorizado para\nejecutar las obras de infraestructura necesarias para ampliar dicho Puerto, incluidas las obras\ncosteras que se requieran para conservar, mantener o proteger las instalaciones y facilidades del\npuerto de Caldera.\n\n\n\n\n\nLos terrenos incluidos en la zona portuaria reservada, creada por las leyes Nº 5582 y Nº 6309 se\nregirán por la Ley sobre la Zona Marítimo-Terrestre Nº 6043, del 2 de marzo de 1977.\n\n\n\n\n\nCon el fin de asegurarse el adecuado desarrollo urbano, social y ambiental de las zonas\ncircunvecinas de la zona portuaria reservada, la Municipalidad de Esparza elaborará un plan\nregulador y de ordenamiento urbano, que incluya la zona desafectada en virtud de la aprobación de la\npresente ley. Continue along this left-margin boundary southeastward, until the intersection of this line with the point defined by the intersection of meridian axis 458,200 and parallel axis 210,860. Continue along this meridian axis southward, until intercepting parallel axis 210,000. Continue along this parallel axis westward, until intercepting the line of ordinary low water. Continue along this line until its intersection with parallel 212,700. Within this boundary, the section of the line of ordinary low water that enters the Mata de Limón estuary (estero) and exits therefrom is excepted.\n\nLikewise, within the reserved port zone, the lands located on the Mata de Limón hill, located south of the town of the same name, which as of this date are in the possession or ownership of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, the Costa Rican Electricity Institute, and the Costa Rican Institute of Pacific Ports, are maintained, since, due to their elevated location, they are necessary for navigation aids, telecommunications, and potable water services for the Caldera port complex and the surrounding populations.\n\nIn this reserved port zone, the Ministry of Public Works and Transport is authorized to execute the infrastructure works necessary to expand said Port, including the coastal works required to conserve, maintain, or protect the installations and facilities of the port of Caldera.\n\nThe lands included in the reserved port zone, created by Laws No. 5582 and No. 6309, shall be governed by the Maritime-Terrestrial Zone Law No. 6043, of March 2, 1977.\n\nIn order to ensure the adequate urban, social, and environmental development of the surrounding areas of the reserved port zone, the Municipality of Esparza shall prepare a regulatory and urban planning plan (plan regulador), which shall include the zone released (zona desafectada) by virtue of the approval of this law. To prepare and apply this plan, said Municipality and the public institutions involved shall be governed by the Urban Planning Law, No. 4240, of November 15, 1968.\"\n\nArticle file\n\nArticle 2.- The map of that circumscription that the National Geographic Institute prepares based on the description contained in the second paragraph of the article reformed in this law is hereby declared official.
