  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\nTexto Completo Norma 28049\n\n                        Declara de Utilidad Pública Asociación Humanitaria de Costa Rica\n\nNº 28049-J\n\n(Este decreto ejecutivo fue derogado por el artículo\n1° del decreto ejecutivo N° 41373 del 26 de julio del 2018)\n\nEL PRESIDENTE DE LA\nREPUBLICA\n\nY EL MINISTRO DE\nJUSTICIA Y GRACIA,\n\nCon fundamento en lo dispuesto en el artículo 140,\ninciso 18) de la Constitución Política y en el artículo 32 de la Ley de\nAsociaciones y su Reglamento,\n\nConsiderando:\n\nI.-Que la Ley de Asociaciones número 218, del\nocho de agosto de mil novecientos treinta y nueve y sus reformas, en el\nartículo 32 confiere al Poder Ejecutivo la potestad de declarar de Utilidad\nPública a las asociaciones simples, federadas o confederadas, cuyo desarrollo y\nactividades sean particularmente útiles para los intereses del Estado y llenen\nuna necesidad social.\n\nII.-Que la Asociación Humanitaria de Costa\nRica, con cédula de persona jurídica número 3-002-155190, se encuentra inscrita\nen la Sección del Registro Público, al tomo 122, folio 253, y del Registro\nNacional, bajo el expediente número 6382, formando los folios del 1 al 12.\n\nIII.-Que entre los fines que persigue la\nAsociación supracitada se encuentran los siguientes:\n\na) La conservación y protección del medio,\nconsiderando el equilibrio ecológico, especialmente en la zona de Reserva\nBiológica del Chompipe.\n\nb) Trabajo solo o en común con comunidades\nvecinas en proyectos de interés comunal, especialmente relacionados con\nconservación de la naturaleza de la zona y la ecología regional; en particular\nel establecimiento de un Instituto de Educación Ecológica para niños.\n\nc) Vigilar y denunciar ante las autoridades\ncualquier actividad de particulares o del Estado, que atente contra los\nrecursos forestales, marinos y ecológicos en general.\n\nd) Promover proyectos de educación ecológica,\nconservación y difusión de especies propias de la zona.\n\ne) Cualquier otro fin relacionado, directo o\nindirectamente con los anteriores.\n\nf) El funcionar como afiliados a la Sociedad\nHumana de los Estados Unidos.\n\nIV.-Que tales objetivos llenan una importante\nnecesidad social por lo que se merecen el apoyo del Estado Costarricense.
