  "body_en_text": "Artículo 1.- To designate the Wetlands (Humedales) within the National Wildlife Areas (Áreas Silvestres Nacionales) and the Lacustrine Wetlands of the Embalse Arenal, a National Site (Sitio Nacional) of the Ramsar Convention, considering the technical criteria and the extension of the area that appears in the file of the application form, drawn up by the SINAC, called \"Ficha Informativa de los Humedales Ramsar (FIR)\" (Ramsar Wetlands Information Sheet), that is an integral part of the present Executive Decree and in which the justifications of the designation are exposed and the limits are indicated in the map included in the referred dossier.
