La ley establece que los fondos se destinarán exclusivamente a este fin y que el préstamo se garantizará con los ingresos ordinarios de la municipalidad. La autorización se otorga bajo las mismas condiciones aplicables a otros préstamos municipales de la época. La ley consta de dos artículos y fue publicada en la Colección de Leyes y Decretos de 1945. No contiene disposiciones ambientales ni modifica la legislación forestal, de aguas o de conservación.",

  "body_en_text": "Artículo 1º—Se autoriza a la Municipalidad de Oreamuno, para contratar un empréstito hasta por la suma de treinta mil colones (¢30 000.00), con el objeto de reparar la cañería de esa comunidad.\n\nArtículo 2º—Ese empréstito será pagado por la Municipalidad de Oreamuno, con el producto de un impuesto de diez céntimos (¢0.10) por cada botella de aguardiente que se destile en la Fábrica Nacional de Licores.\n\nArtículo 3º—Esta ley rige desde su publicación."
