  "body_en_text": "LAW 166\n\nLAW No. 166\n\nTHE CONSTITUTIONAL CONGRESS OF THE REPUBLIC OF COSTA RICA,\n\nDECREES:\n\nArticle 1.- A lifetime monthly pension is granted to citizen Robert Goodfellow, in the amount of three hundred colones, which shall be paid from the national coffers, effective from 20 August of the current year.\n\nArticle 2.- This law shall take effect twenty days after its publication.\n\nTransitory.- During the remainder of the current fiscal period, the Executive is authorized to make the transfers necessary for the payment of said pension.\n\nGiven at the Presidential Hall, San José, on the fourteenth day of August, nineteen hundred and twenty-eight.\n\nR. LORÍA V.\nPresident.\n\nC. M. BLANCO,\nExecutive Secretary."
