  "body_en_text": "LAW 149\n\nTHE CONSTITUTIONAL CONGRESS OF THE REPUBLIC OF COSTA RICA,\n\nDECREES:\n\nArticle 1.- The repair is ordered, at the expense of the National Treasury, according to the respective contracts, of the pipeline (cañería) that captures the waters of the spring (naciente) called \"La Libertad,\" in San Francisco de Dos Ríos, Cantón de Zapote, in this capital, acquired by the State, by negative prescription, by which the neighbor Don Ernesto Meyrat was supplying the water necessary for the service of his house and field."
