Provide policy guidelines within the framework of Hydrographic Basin management.\n\n2. Identify cooperation needs according to their degree of priority.\n\n3. Promote the creation of a data bank and the exchange of information at the national and regional level.\n\n4. Promote and support activities aimed at raising citizen awareness about the importance of basin conservation and protection.\n\n5. Define and provide criteria on activities related to watershed management.\n\n6. Support institutional, municipal, community, and private proposals aimed at integrated watershed management.\n\n7.
