No obstante,\nmientas no se delegue la administración de éstos, los permisos los otorgará\nel Alcalde Municipal en primera instancia:  el\nConcejo Municipal en segunda instancia. Para otorgar dichos permisos, deberá\nconsiderarse lo dispuesto en el presente Reglamento.\n\nEntiéndase como área de parque el terreno comprendido al interno de\nlas aceras en el cuadrante.\n\nArtículo 4°-No se otorgará permiso para que en los parques públicos\nse desarrollen actividades ideológicas partidistas o de credos religiosos, así\ncomo otras que por su naturaleza vayan contra la moral y las buenas\ncostumbres de  sus habitantes.\n\nArtículo 5°-Conforme lo establece el código municipal la\nmunicipalidad cobrará tasas para el mantenimiento de parques y zonas verdes\npúblicas, para cada uno de los distritos conforme el costo de inversión para\ncada uno de ellos.\n\nArtículo 6°-Podrá antojarse la celebración de actos culturales y\ndeportivos en el parque del distrito central, siempre y cuando dichos actos no\nconlleven la destrucción del mismo.\n\nArtículo 7°-El uso del anfiteatro para actividades deportivas, se\nautorizará siempre y cuando éstas no perjudiquen a las personas que\nvisitan sus instalaciones.\n\nArtículo 8°-Queda\nterminantemente prohibido la. instalación de carruseles, vehículos y\nchinamos dentro de los parques.\n\nArtículo 9°-Se prohíbe transitar dentro del parque o sus aceras en\nbicicleta o patineta, así como con animales u otro tipo de objetos que puedan\ndeteriorar sus instalaciones y causar accidentes a los usuarios del\nmismo.\n\nArtículo 10.-Se prohíbe a las personas caminar por las zonas verdes\ndel parque, subir a los arbustos, cortar éstos, sus flores, o cualquier planta\nsembrada en el mismo.\n\nArtículo 11.-Es prohibido hacer mal uso de los asientos instalados\nen el parque. Por tanto, se prohíbe sentarse en los respaldares de los mismos;\napoyar sus pies o acostarse en la parte destinada para sentarse.\n\nDe igual manera, no se permitirá causar destrozos en las instalaciones\neléctricas del parque.\n\nArtículo 12. - Es prohibido la distribución, tenencia o consumo de\ncualquier tipo de drogas o licor en el parque, así como utilizar equipos\npersonales con alto volumen.\n\nArtículo 13. -Se autoriza a la guardia de Asistencia Rural para que\nllagan cumplir las disposiciones del presente reglamento, lo mismo que a\ncualquier otra autoridad pública existente o que en el futuro pueda crearse.\nTodo daño en las instalaciones de los parques ocasionados por un mal uso, deberá\nser denunciado ante las autoridades locales para que los responsables paguen los\ncostos de reparación o sustitución.\n\nArtículo 14.-Rige a partir de su\npublicación en el Diario Oficial\nLa Gaceta.",
  "body_en_text": "throughout the entire text\n\n-\n\nComplete Rule Text 0\n\nRegulations for the Use of Public Parks\n\nMUNICIPALITY OF HOJANCHA,\n\nREGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF PUBLIC PARKS\n\nCANTON OF HOJANCHA\n\nArticle 1.—Pursuant to the powers conferred by subsection c) of article 13 of Law No. 7794, these Regulations are issued, governing the use of the public parks owned by the Municipality of Hojancha.\n\nArticle 2.—The Municipality may directly administer the public parks, or delegate such administration to organizations formed at the cantonal or district level, by means of formal agreements.\n\nArticle 3.—Permits for holding cultural or other types of events in the parks shall be granted by the organization to which the Municipal Council has delegated the administration of the park. However, as long as the administration of the parks has not been delegated, permits shall be granted by the Municipal Mayor in the first instance; and by the Municipal Council in the second instance. In granting such permits, the provisions of these Regulations must be considered.\n\nThe park area is understood to be the land within the sidewalks in the quadrant.\n\nArticle 4.—No permit shall be granted for partisan ideological activities or religious creeds to be carried out in the public parks, nor for other activities that by their nature are contrary to the morals and good customs of its inhabitants.\n\nArticle 5.—As established by the Municipal Code, the municipality shall charge fees for the maintenance of parks and public green zones, for each of the districts, according to the investment cost for each one of them.\n\nArticle 6.—The holding of cultural and sporting events in the central district park may be authorized, provided that such events do not result in its destruction.\n\nArticle 7.—The use of the amphitheater for sporting activities shall be authorized provided that these do not harm the persons visiting its facilities.\n\nArticle 8.—The installation of carousels, vehicles, and game booths (chinamos) within the parks is strictly prohibited.\n\nArticle 9.—Transiting within the park or on its sidewalks on bicycles or scooters (patinetas), as well as with animals or other types of objects that may damage its facilities and cause accidents to its users, is prohibited.\n\nArticle 10.—Persons are prohibited from walking on the green zones of the park, climbing on the shrubs, cutting them, their flowers, or any plant planted therein.\n\nArticle 11.—Misuse of the seating installed in the park is prohibited. Therefore, sitting on the backrests of the seats, resting one's feet on them, or lying down on the portion intended for sitting is prohibited.\n\nLikewise, causing damage to the park's electrical installations shall not be permitted.\n\nArticle 12.—The distribution, possession, or consumption of any type of drugs or liquor in the park is prohibited, as is the use of personal equipment at high volume.\n\nArticle 13.—The Rural Assistance Guard is authorized to enforce the provisions of these regulations, as is any other existing public authority or any that may be created in the future. Any damage to the park facilities caused by misuse must be reported to the local authorities so that those responsible pay the costs of repair or replacement.\n\nArticle 14.—It shall take effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette La Gaceta."
