(INCOPESCA).\n\nTexto Completo acta: 3ECE6\nPODER EJECUTIVO\n\nPODER EJECUTIVO\n\nDECRETOS\n\nNº 29409-J-MOPT-MAG\n\nEL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA\n\nLOS MINISTROS DE JUSTICIA Y GRACIA, DE OBRAS PÚBLICAS Y TRANSPORTES, Y\nDE AGRICULTURA Y GANADERÍA\n\nEn ejercicio de las facultades que les confiere el artículo 140\nincisos 3) y 18 de la Constitución Política, la Ley Nº 4786 del 5 de julio de 1971 y\nsus reformas, la Ley Nº 6227 del 2 de mayo de 1978, Ley General de la Administración\nPública, la Ley Nº 7384 del 16 de marzo de 1994, Ley de Creación del Instituto\nCostarricense de Pesca y Acuacultura y la Ley Nº 7064 del 29 de abril de 1987, Ley de\nFomento a la Producción Agropecuaria, que incorpora la Ley Orgánica del Ministerio de\nAgricultura y Ganadería.\n\nConsiderando:\n\n1º—Que mediante Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 24061-MOPT del 21 de\nfebrero de 1995, publicado en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta Nº 50 del 10 de marzo del mismo\naño, se declaró zona portuaria destinada a la pesca y actividades conexas, la Terminal\nPesquera ubicada en el Barrio El Carmen de Puntarenas, otorgándose para todos los efectos\nla administración y operación de la misma al Instituto Costarricense de la Pesca y\nAcuacultura.\n\n2º—Que posteriormente mediante Decreto Ejecutivo Nº 27757-MOPT\ndel 25 de enero de 1999, publicado en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta Nº 68 del 9 de\nabril de 1999, se adicionó el Decreto citado en el considerando anterior, a los efectos\nde facultar al Instituto para determinar y definir el uso, utilización y destino de las\nedificaciones existentes en dicha Terminal Pesquera.\n\n3º—Que los planos Números P-674820-2000 y P-674821-2000, que\nubican el terreno en donde se encuentra ubicada la Terminal Pesquera han sido debidamente\ncatastrados bajo la Administración del Instituto Costarricense de Pesca y Acuacultura.\n\n4º—Que para continuar la construcción de las obras de\ninfraestructura en dicha Terminal y el Proyecto de establecimiento de una Lonja Pesquera,\nque ha venido realizando el Instituto Costarricense de Pesca y Acuacultura, es necesario\nque dichos terrenos, propiedad del Estado Costarricense se inscriban a nombre del\nINCOPESCA.
