A\ntal efecto se deberá adjuntar:\n\na. Copia de acta constitutiva de la Fundación.\n\nb. Copia de cédula jurídica vigente de la Fundación por ambos lados.\n\nc. Señalar lugar o fax donde atender notificaciones.\n\nd. Proponer terna con los nombres y datos personales de personas interesadas en dicha designación.\n\n\nFicha articulo\n\n\n\n\n\nArtículo 3º-El Poder Ejecutivo para la designación correspondiente, valorará las personas propuestas\npor la Junta Administración de la Fundación, así como, cualesquiera otras que considere idóneas para\ndicho puesto. El nombramiento deberá realizarlo el Poder Ejecutivo dentro del mes siguiente a la\nsolicitud, acto administrativo que deberá ser notificado a la Fundación.\n\n\nFicha articulo\n\n\n\n\n\nArtículo 4º-El Poder Ejecutivo elaborará el Acuerdo Ejecutivo de nombramiento el cual deberá ser\npublicado en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta.\n\n\nFicha articulo\n\n\n\n\n\nArtículo 5º-El Ministerio de Justicia llevará un Registro de Representantes del Poder Ejecutivo, en\nel cual hará constar, los nombramientos efectuados, los datos personales de cada representante,\nentre ellos nombre completo, fotocopia de la cédula de identidad, dirección exacta, teléfono, fax,\ncorreo electrónico o cualquier otro que se considere pertinente para efectos de control y\nsupervisión de la labor que desempeñan.\n\n\nFicha articulo\n\n\n\n\n\nArtículo 6º-El representante del Poder Ejecutivo en la Fundación deberá juramentarse ante el\nMinistro de Justicia o funcionario que éste designe, el día, hora y lugar que sea señalado.\n\n\nFicha articulo\n\n\n\n\n\nArtículo 7º-Son obligaciones del Representante del Poder Ejecutivo las siguientes:\n\na. For this purpose, the following must be attached:\n\na. Copy of the foundation's articles of incorporation (acta constitutiva).\n\nb. Copy of the foundation's current legal identification card (cédula jurídica) on both sides.\n\nc. Indicate place or fax where to receive notifications.\n\nd. Fulfill the assigned position with responsibility, honesty, and propriety.\n\nb. Ensure that the Foundation's actions conform to its articles of incorporation and internal regulations (reglamentos) that govern it, especially that its purposes are faithfully fulfilled.\n\nc. Attend and participate in the Administrative Board meetings.\n\nd. Send to the Executive Branch a copy of the annual report that, in accordance with article 15 of the Law on Foundations, the Administrative Board must submit to the Comptroller General of the Republic, in the month of January of each year.\n\ne. Inform the Executive Branch of any act that harms the interests of the State and its institutions, as well as of the management given to the administration of state, private, or international assets or aid that the Foundation receives.\n\nf.
