  "body_en_text": "throughout the entire text\n\n-\n\n        Full Text of Regulation 29684\n\n        Declares of Public Interest the Reconstruction Project of the National\nHistorical Monument La Casona of Santa Rosa National Park\n\nFull Text of record: 3FC9E\nEXECUTIVE BRANCH\n\nEXECUTIVE BRANCH\n\nDECREES\n\nNo. 29684-MP\n\nTHE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC\n\nAND THE MINISTER OF THE PRESIDENCY\n\nBased on the powers and authorities conferred upon them by subsections 3), 18), and 20) of\nArticle 140 of the Political Constitution.\n\nConsidering:\n\n1º-That the national monument known as La Casona of Santa Rosa National Park suffered the effects on the past 9th\nof May of a severe fire that destroyed a high percentage of its structure.\n\n2º-That the important value held within our national history by this beloved\nmonument must remain in force as the most valuable inheritance of our cultural heritage,\nwhich moves us immediately to fulfill the sacred duty, before present\nand future generations, of achieving its most prompt reconstruction, appealing to the aid of all public\ninstitutions and private individuals, to count on the financial resources that will permit such a distinguished\npurpose. Therefore,\n\nThey decree:\n\nArticle 1º-The Reconstruction Project of the National Historical\nMonument La Casona of Santa Rosa National Park is declared of public interest,\nand all organs and institutions of the Central and Decentralized State Administration are authorized to contribute, to the\nextent of their financial and legal possibilities, to the aforementioned project.\n\nArticle 2º-The Commission responsible for carrying out the Reconstruction Project of the\nNational Historical Monument La Casona of Santa Rosa National Park is hereby created, which shall be composed\nof the Minister of Public Education, the Minister of Culture, the Minister of Environment and Energy, and\nthe Second Vice President of the Republic, who shall preside over it.\n\nArticle 3º-To fulfill its mandate, the Commission shall have the authority to carry out\nall necessary legal and financial procedures so that the construction\nplans are prepared and the reconstruction works of the National Historical Monument La\nCasona are carried out.\n\nArticle 4º-It shall take effect from its publication."
