  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Full Text of Norm 29758\n\n                        Ratification by the Republic of Costa Rica of the Agreement relating to Part XI\nof the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea of 10 December 1982.\n\nFull Text of record: 40E59\n29758-RE\n\n29758-RE\n\nTHE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC\n\nAND THE MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND WORSHIP\n\nConsidering:\n\n1º-That the Legislative Assembly, through Law No. 8072 of 14 February 2001, published in La\nGaceta No. 147 of 1 August 2001, approved the agreement relating to the implementation of Part XI\nof the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea of 10 December 1982.\n\n2º-That according to Article 4, paragraph 5, the instruments of ratification shall be deposited with the\nSecretary-General of the United Nations.
