del 20 de setiembre de 1995 y el Decreto Ejecutivo N° 29684-MP del 23 de julio del\n2001.\n\nConsiderando:\n\n1º-Que mediante Decreto Ejecutivo N° 29684-MP se declara de interés público la reconstrucción del\nMonumento Histórico Nacional la Casona, ubicado en el Parque Nacional Santa Rosa.\n\n2º-Que el citado cuerpo normativo autoriza a todos los órganos e instituciones de la administración\ncentral y descentralizada del Estado para que contribuyan con la reconstrucción del monumento\nmencionado.\n\n3º-Que el Ministerio del Ambiente y Energía forma parte de la Comisión para la Reconstrucción del\nMonumento Histórico Nacional la Casona, ubicada en el Parque Nacional Santa Rosa.\n\n4º-Que el Fondo de Parques Nacionales es un fondo especial del Sistema Nacional de
