  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 30223\n\n                        Declara el 1° de abril de cada año como Día del Acuicultor Costarricense\n\nTexto Completo acta: 49D73\nNº 30223-MAG\n\nNº 30223-MAG\n\nEL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA\n\nY EL MINISTRO DE AGRICULTURA Y GANADERÍA\n\n        En ejercicio de las facultades establecidas en\nlos incisos 3) y 18) del artículo 140 de la Constitución Política, la Ley Nº 7384 del\n16 de marzo de 1994 y la Ley Nº 7064 del 29 de abril de 1987.\n\nConsiderando:\n\n        1º—Que la actividad pesquera, es una de\nlas actividades económicas que genera importantes ingresos de divisas al país y en zonas\ndeterminadas constituye un pilar fundamental en el desarrollo socioeconómico, generador\nde empleos y medio de subsistencia y productor de riqueza para innumerables familias.\n\n        2º—Que dentro del desarrollo de dicha\nactividad, la acuicultura se ha convertido en una alternativa de vital importancia para el\nfomento del desarrollo rural, como fuente de producción de recursos hidrobiológicos, que\narmoniza la existencia de productos, con el uso sostenible y sustentable de los mismos.\n\n        3º—Que la actividad acuícola es una\nimportante alternativa para los productores nacionales, dentro de un concepto de\ndesarrollo integrado con la agricultura y la actividad pecuaria.\n\n        4º—Que de conformidad con las\nregulaciones establecidas en la Ley Nº 7384, es necesario estimular y fomentar el\ndesarrollo de la actividad acuícola y de las personas dedicadas a la búsqueda de nuevas\nperspectivas y soluciones en la producción y aprovechamiento de los recursos\nhidrobiológicos.\n\n        5º—Que por las razones indicadas es\nconveniente establecer la celebración del Día del Acuicultor Costarricense.   "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Norm 30223\n\n                        Declares April 1st of each year as Costa Rican Aquaculturist Day\n\nComplete Text file: 49D73\nNº 30223-MAG\n\nNº 30223-MAG\n\nTHE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC\n\nAND THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK\n\n        In exercise of the powers established in\nsubsections 3) and 18) of article 140 of the Political Constitution, Law Nº 7384 of\nMarch 16, 1994, and Law Nº 7064 of April 29, 1987.\n\nConsidering:\n\n        1st—That fishing activity is one of\nthe economic activities that generates significant foreign exchange income for the country and, in specific\nareas, constitutes a fundamental pillar in socioeconomic development, generating\nemployment and a means of subsistence and producing wealth for countless families.\n\n        2nd—That within the development of said\nactivity, aquaculture has become a vitally important alternative for the\npromotion of rural development, as a source of production of hydrobiological resources, which\nharmonizes the existence of products with their sustainable and sustained use.\n\n        3rd—That aquaculture activity is an\nimportant alternative for national producers, within a concept of\ndevelopment integrated with agriculture and livestock activity.\n\n        4th—That in accordance with the\nregulations established in Law Nº 7384, it is necessary to stimulate and promote the\ndevelopment of aquaculture activity and of the persons dedicated to the search for new\nperspectives and solutions in the production and utilization of hydrobiological\nresources.\n\n        5th—That for the reasons indicated, it is\nappropriate to establish the celebration of Costa Rican Aquaculturist Day. Therefore;\n\nThey decree:\n\n        Article 1—April 1st\nof each year is declared as Costa Rican Aquaculturist Day.\n\n        Article\n2—The Costa Rican Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture shall be the\ninstitution in charge of carrying out the activities and actions aimed at the\nproper celebration of said activity within the respect for and promotion of the\ncivic-minded and democratic image of the country, for which public institutions may\ncollaborate with the Institute in the celebration of the indicated day.\n\n        Article\n3—It shall be effective upon its publication."
