Consequently, the Embassy has the honor of proposing to the Honorable Ministry that it apply article 2, lit. b) of the Technical and Financial Cooperation Agreement signed between the two Governments on 17 November 1971 in the follow-up phase of SWISSCONTACT's project with ICER.\n\nTo the Honorable\n\nMinistry of Foreign Affairs and Worship\n\nSan José\n\nIn the event of acceptance by the Government of the Republic of Costa Rica, the present note and the Government's positive response shall constitute an arrangement between the two parties, pursuant to the aforementioned Technical and Scientific Cooperation Agreement.
