  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 30457\n\n                        Designa la Junta Directiva de la Comisión Nacional de Prevención de Riesgos\ny Atención de Emergencias\n\nTexto Completo acta: 90BD1\nNº 30457-MP\n\nNº 30457\n\n    EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA Y LA MINISTRA DE LA PRESIDENCIA\n\n     \n\n    En ejercicio de las facultades y prerrogativas conferidas en los\nincisos 1), 3), 8) y 18) del artículo 140 y el artículo 146 de la Constitución\nPolítica; y con fundamento en la Ley Nacional de Emergencia, Nº 7914 del 28 de setiembre\nde 1999; el Reglamento de Prevención de Riesgos y Atención de Emergencias, Decreto\nEjecutivo Nº 28445-MP del 3 de febrero del 2000 y la Ley General de la Administración\nPública Nº 6227 del 2 de mayo de 1978.\n\n    Considerando:\n\n     \n\n    1º—Que mediante la Ley Nacional de Emergencia, Nº 7914 de 28 de\nsetiembre de 1999, se crea la Comisión Nacional de Prevención de Riesgos y Atención de\nEmergencias, como un órgano de desconcentración máxima adscrito a la Presidencia de la\nRepública.\n\n     \n\n    2º—Que según se dispone en el inciso 8) del artículo 140 de la\nConstitución Política, en relación con los artículos 113 y 114 de la Ley General de la\nAdministración Pública, es responsabilidad del Poder Ejecutivo velar por el correcto\nfuncionamiento de las dependencias administrativas y la satisfacción del interés\ngeneral.\n\n     \n\n    3º—Que tanto la Ley Nacional de Emergencia, Nº 7914 del 28 de\nsetiembre de 1999 como el Reglamento de Prevención de Riesgos y Atención de Emergencias\nDecreto Ejecutivo Nº 28445-MP del 3 de febrero del 2000, estable que la Junta Directiva\nde la Comisión Nacional de Prevención de Riesgos y Atención de Emergencias es de\nnombramiento del Presidente de la República y el Ministro de la Presidencia, vía Decreto\nEjecutivo.   "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Regulation 30457\n\n                        Appoints the Board of Directors of the National Commission for Risk Prevention\nand Emergency Response\n\nComplete Text of record: 90BD1\nNº 30457-MP\n\nNº 30457\n\n    THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC AND THE MINISTER OF THE PRESIDENCY\n\n    In exercise of the powers and prerogatives conferred in subsections 1), 3), 8), and 18) of article 140 and article 146 of the Political Constitution; and based on the National Emergency Law, Nº 7914 of September 28, 1999; the Regulation for Risk Prevention and Emergency Response, Executive Decree Nº 28445-MP of February 3, 2000, and the General Public Administration Law Nº 6227 of May 2, 1978.\n\n    Considering:\n\n    1º—That by means of the National Emergency Law, Nº 7914 of September 28, 1999, the National Commission for Risk Prevention and Emergency Response is created, as a body of maximum deconcentration attached to the Presidency of the Republic.\n\n    2º—That as provided in subsection 8) of article 140 of the Political Constitution, in relation to articles 113 and 114 of the General Public Administration Law, it is the responsibility of the Executive Branch to ensure the proper functioning of administrative dependencies and the satisfaction of the general interest.\n\n    3º—That both the National Emergency Law, Nº 7914 of September 28, 1999, and the Regulation for Risk Prevention and Emergency Response, Executive Decree Nº 28445-MP of February 3, 2000, establish that the Board of Directors of the National Commission for Risk Prevention and Emergency Response is appointed by the President of the Republic and the Minister of the Presidency, via Executive Decree.
