El decreto fue emitido por el Presidente de la República, el Ministro de Agricultura y Ganadería y la Ministra de Salud, en ejercicio de sus facultades legales, y derogado posteriormente por el decreto ejecutivo N° 39669 del 17 de febrero de 2016.",
