  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 31222\n\n                        Reforma Parque Nacional La Cangreja.\n\nTexto Completo acta: 95800\nNº 31222\n\n  Nº 31222\n\n(Este Decreto fue derogado por el artículo 4° del decreto\nejecutivo N°32752 del 27 de junio de 2005).\n\n   \n\n  EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA\n\n  Y EL MINISTRO DEL AMBIENTE Y ENERGÍA\n\n   \n  En el ejercicio de las facultades conferidas por el\n    artículo 140, incisos 3) y 18) de la Constitución Política y con fundamento en lo\n    dispuesto en los artículos 2º de la Ley Forestal Nº 7575, artículo 37 de la Ley\n    Orgánica del Ambiente Nº 7554, Ley de Creación del Servicio de Parques Nacionales Nº\n    6084 y los artículos 6º, 11 y 27 de la Ley General de la Administración Pública.\n   \n  Considerando:\n   \n  1º—Que es interés del Estado\n    asegurar que todos los ecosistemas del país se encuentren representados dentro del\n    sistema de áreas silvestres protegidas, particularmente dentro de aquellas categorías de\n    manejo que tienen como fin la protección, conservación y manejo de la biodiversidad.\n  2º—Que mediante artículo 93 de la\n    Ley Nº 6975 del 3 de diciembre de 1984, se creó la Zona Protectora La Cangreja, cuyos\n    linderos fueron establecidos mediante Decreto Nº 17455-MAG del 31 de marzo de 1987.\n  3º—Que mediante Decreto Nº\n    30479-MINAE del 5 de junio del año 2002, se cambió la categoría de manejo a la Zona\n    Protectora a Parque Nacional, autorizando al Ministerio del Ambiente y Energía para\n    revisar los límites y demarcar los linderos de este Parque Nacional.\n\n   \n\n  Decretan:\n\n   \n  Modifíquese el artículo 1º del Decreto Nº 17455-MAG,\n    para que adelante diga:\n   \n  \"Artículo 1º—Los límites del\n    Parque Nacional La Cangreja en adelante serán los siguientes:\n  Partiendo de un punto definido por las coordenadas Lambert\n    Costa Rica Norte 186,420.87 (Norte)-496,281.96 (Este) correspondiente a intersección del\n    camino que conduce a Zapatón con el camino que conduce a Concepción;
