Por lo cual requieren incorporar recursos adicionales para implementar\nacciones estratégicas con miras al eficaz cumplimiento de su misión institucional.\n\n4º-Que mediante el Decreto Ejecutivo N° 30214-H, publicado en La Gaceta N° 54 del 18 de marzo del\n2002 y sus reformas, la Autoridad Presupuestaria formuló las Directrices Generales de Política\nPresupuestaria para el 2003, las cuales fueron conocidas por el Consejo de Gobierno y aprobadas por\nel Presidente de la República, estableciendo el gasto presupuestario del presente año, para las\nentidades cubiertas por el ámbito del mencionado Órgano Colegiado.\n\n5º-Que por lo anterior, resulta necesario modificar el gasto presupuestario fijado a dichos entes en\nel Decreto citado y sus reformas. They therefore require additional resources to implement\nstrategic actions aimed at the effective fulfillment of their institutional mission.\n\n4º-That through Executive Decree No. 30214-H, published in La Gaceta No. 54 of March 18,\n2002 and its amendments, the Budgetary Authority formulated the General Budgetary Policy\nGuidelines for 2003, which were made known to the Government Council and approved by\nthe President of the Republic, establishing the budgetary spending for the current year for\nentities covered under the scope of said Collegiate Body.\n\n5º-That due to the foregoing, it is necessary to modify the budgetary spending set for said entities in\nthe cited Decree and its amendments.
