  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\n                        Texto Completo Norma 31253\n\n                        Declara de Utilidad Pública  la Asociación Acueducto Rural de San Rafael,\nINVU y San Isidro de Peñas Blancas.\n\nTexto Completo acta: 68711\nNº 31253\n\n  Nº 31253\n\n   \n\n  EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA\n\n  Y LA MINISTRA DE JUSTICIA Y GRACIA\n\n   \n  Con fundamento en lo dispuesto en los artículos 140, inciso\n    18) y 146 de la Constitución Política, en el artículo 32 de la Ley de Asociaciones y en\n    los artículos 27 y siguientes de su Reglamento.\n   \n\n  Considerando:\n\n   \n  1º—Que el artículo 32 de la Ley de\n    Asociaciones numero 218 de ocho de agosto de mil novecientos treinta y nueve y sus\n    reformas, confiere al Poder Ejecutivo la potestad de declarar de Utilidad Pública a las\n    Asociaciones simples, federadas o confederadas, cuyo desarrollo y actividades sean\n    particularmente útiles para los intereses del Estado, y que por ello contribuyan a\n    solventar una necesidad social.\n  2º—Que la Asociación Acueducto Rural\n    de San Rafael, INVU y San Isidro de Peñas Blancas, cédula de Persona Jurídica número\n    3-002-205858, se inscribió en el Registro de Asociaciones del Registro Público desde el\n    día diecisiete de julio de mil novecientos noventa y siete, bajo el expediente número\n    8736.\n  3º—Que los fines que persigue la\n    Asociación, según el artículo tercero de sus Estatutos, son: \"... Artículo\n    Tercero: A) Administrar, operar, y conservar en buenas condiciones el Acueducto, de\n    acuerdo con las disposiciones y reglamentos que al respecto emita el Instituto de\n    Acueductos y Alcantarillados. B) Obtener la participación efectiva de la comunidad, en el\n    mantenimiento del acueducto. C) Colaboración en los programas y campañas de índole\n    educativa que se emprendan. D) Ayudar a explicar y divulgar en la comunidad las\n    disposiciones y reglamento del Instituto Costarricense de Acueductos y Alcantarillados. E)\n    Cooperar con los planes, proyectos y obras que emprenda el Instituto Costarricense de\n    Acueductos y Alcantarillados en la comunidad. Article\n    Three: A) To administer, operate, and maintain in good condition the Aqueduct, in\n    accordance with the provisions and regulations issued thereto by the Institute of\n    Aqueducts and Sewers. B) To obtain the effective participation of the community, in the\n    maintenance of the aqueduct. C) Collaboration in educational programs and campaigns\n    that are undertaken. D) To help explain and disseminate within the community the\n    provisions and regulations of the Costa Rican Institute of Aqueducts and Sewers. E)\n    To cooperate with the plans, projects, and works undertaken by the Costa Rican Institute of\n    Aqueducts and Sewers in the community.
