  "body_es_text": "en la totalidad del texto\n\n                    -\n\nTexto Completo Norma 318\n\n                        Prohibición para los Barcos de Arrastre y la Flota Camaronera.\n\nTexto Completo acta: 6BE5F\n\nINSTITUTO COSTARRICENSE DE PESCAYACUACULTURA\n\nINSTITUTO COSTARRICENSE DE PESCA Y ACUACULTURA\n\nA.J.D.1.P./318.—Puntarenas, veintidós de agosto del año dos mil\ntres.\n\nConsiderando:\n\n1°—Que de conformidad con la ley No 7384 del 16 de mayo de 1994,\nes atribución y competencia del INCOPESCA proteger y conservar los recursos\nhidrobiológicos, en aras de garantizar a las generaciones venideras, los recursos vivos\ndel mar.\n\n2°—Que esta considerado técnicamente, que una de las formas de\nconservación de los recursos hidrobiológicos y garantizar una explotación sostenible de\nlos recursos, es el establecimiento de períodos y áreas de vedas, lo cual resulta\nconveniente definir para su aplicación en el presente año.\n\n3°—Que luego de analizar los criterios técnicos y\nrecomendaciones emanadas por la Comisión de Veda, así como el criterio de la Dirección\nTécnica del INCOPESCA, se considera importante procurar un punto de equilibrio entre los\ncriterios técnicos y los diferentes aspectos socioeconómicos del sector pesquero, sobre\nel que incidirá alguna decisión al respecto.
