Therefore:\n\nDecree:\n\nArticle 1-The validity of the moratorium established in Executive Decree No.\n31013-MAG-MP of January 31, 2003, is extended, under the same regulations and conditions established in\nsaid Decree, but with said extension applicable only to the obligations of agricultural\nproducers with the Caja Agraria del IDA, for an additional period of six calendar\nmonths, to be counted from June 7 to December 7, 2003.\n\nArticle 2-It shall be effective as of June 7, 2003.\n\nDone at the Presidency of the Republic.-San José, on the fourth day of June, two thousand\nthree."
