  "body_en_text": "in the entirety of the text\n\n                    -\n\n                        Complete Text of Regulation 28465\n\n                        Reform of the Agricultural and Livestock Stewardship Regulations of the College of Agricultural Engineers of Costa Rica.\n\nComplete Text record: 6D5B6\nNº 28465-MAG\n\nNº 28465-MAG\n\nTHE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC\n\nAND THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND LIVESTOCK\n\nExercising the powers conferred upon them by Article 140 of the Political Constitution in its subsections 3) and 18), Article 28, subsection 2), sub-subsection b) of the General Law of Public Administration and the Organic Law of the College of Agricultural Engineers of Costa Rica Nº 7221.\n\nConsidering:\n\n1º—That it is in the State's interest to promote the agricultural and livestock development of the country.\n\n2º—That the Stewardship Category D established in the Executive Decree of the Agricultural and Livestock Stewardship Regulations of the College of Agricultural Engineers of Costa Rica Nº 26503 and its reforms, exceeds what is established in subsection ch) of Article 22 of the Law of the College of Agricultural Engineers and, therefore, the stewardship (regencia) for the manufacture of balanced animal feeds for own consumption must be eliminated.\nTherefore,\n\nThey decree:\n\nArticle 1º—Article 5º of Executive Decree Nº 26503 and its reforms, which is the Agricultural and Livestock Stewardship Regulations of the College of Agricultural Engineers of Costa Rica, is hereby amended so that the heading of section V, Stewardship Category D reads as follows:\n\n\"V.—Category D: Natural or legal persons who manufacture balanced feeds for animals for sale purposes, as well as those who distribute, wholesale, said feeds.\"\n\nThe rest remains the same.\n\nArticle 2º—It comes into effect upon its publication.\n\nGiven at the Presidency of the Republic.—San José, on the fifteenth day of January, two thousand."
