San Rafael de Ojo de Agua. b) Administrar, operar y conservar en buenas condiciones el\nacueducto, de acuerdo con las disposiciones y reglamentos que al respecto emita Acueductos y\nAlcantarillados. c) Obtener la participación efectiva de la comunidad, en la construcción y\nmantenimiento del acueducto. d) Colaborar con los programas y campañas de índole educativas que se\nemprendan. e) Ayudar a explicar y divulgar en la comunidad las disposiciones y reglamentos de\nAcueductos y Alcantarillados. f) Cooperar con los planes y obras que emprende Acueductos y\nAlcantarillados en la comunidad. g) Participar en la vigilancia y protección de las fuentes de\nabastecimiento del acueducto, evitar las contaminaciones de las mismas y ayudar a la protección.\"\n\nIV.-Que tales fines solventan una
