Therefore, they\nrequire the incorporation of additional resources to implement strategic\nactions aimed at the effective fulfillment of their institutional mission.\n\n3º-That\nby means of Executive Decree No. 31092-H and its amendments, published in La Gaceta\nNo. 63 of March 31, 2003, the Budgetary Authority formulated the\nGeneral Budgetary Policy Guidelines for 2004, which\nwere known by the Government Council and approved by the President of the\nRepublic, establishing the budgetary spending for 2004 for the\nentities covered by the scope of the aforementioned Collegiate Body.\n\n4º-That\nby means of official letters STAP-Circular No. 609-03 and No. 611-03, both of April 24,\n2003, the spending limit set for the year 2004 was communicated to both the National Parks Fund and the Wildlife\nFund.\n\n5º-That\ndue to the foregoing, it is necessary to modify the budgetary spending set\nfor the National Parks Fund and the Wildlife Fund in the cited\nDecree. Therefore,\n\nDECREE:\n\nArticle\n1º-The budgetary spending established in article 1 of\nExecutive Decree No. 31092-H for the National Parks Fund and the Wildlife\nFund is modified, setting the new limits at ¢2,781.5 million and ¢14.3 million,\nrespectively.\n\nArticle\n2º-This Decree shall be effective upon its publication.
