  "body_en_text": "throughout the entire text\n\n-\n\nFull Text of Law 8414\n\nAuthorizes the State to survey and register a lot for the construction of a\nFishing Wholesale Market and to donate it to the Integrated Agricultural Marketing Program\n\nFull Text record: 73AD8\nNo. 8414\n\nNo. 8414\n\nTHE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY\n\nOF THE REPUBLIC OF COSTA RICA,\n\nDECREES:\n\nAUTHORIZATION\nFOR THE STATE TO SURVEY AND\n\nREGISTER\nA LOT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION\n\nOF\nA FISHING WHOLESALE MARKET AND TO DONATE IT TO THE\n\nINTEGRATED\nAGRICULTURAL MARKETING\n\nPROGRAM\n\nArticle\n1.—The State is authorized to transfer, by way of donation, to the Integrated Agricultural Marketing Program (Programa Integral de Mercadeo Agropecuario, PIMA), legal identification number 3-007-045942, the unregistered land owned by it, which is described as follows: its nature is land for construction (terreno para construir), located in the El Carmen neighborhood, district 1, central canton, province of Puntarenas; it measures six thousand four hundred sixteen square meters and twenty-two square decimeters and is bounded on the north, public street, for thirty-five meters and eighty centimeters, with INCOPESCA and COOPEIMPESA, for fifty-seven meters and fifty-seven centimeters; on the south, a projected avenue, by the Municipality of Puntarenas, for ninety meters and seventy-three centimeters, and with the Port Captaincy (Capitanía de Puerto), for eighteen meters and thirty-five centimeters; on the east, street nineteen and the Port Captaincy (Capitanía de Puerto); and on the west, street twenty-one, for ninety-eight meters and sixty-four centimeters. The indicated land shall be used for the construction of the fishing wholesale market (lonja pesquera) and related activities.\n\nArticle\n2.—The National Cadastre (Catastro Nacional) is authorized to prepare, draft, and survey (catastrar), in the name of the State, the plan corresponding to the property described in the first article. Once the plan referred to in this article has been surveyed and approved, the State Notary's Office (Notaría del Estado) shall proceed to draft the deed of transfer, by way of donation, to PIMA.\n\nIt shall enter into force upon its publication."
