Que el\nReglamento al Plan Maestro del Proyecto Turístico Golfo de Papagayo fue\naprobado por la Junta Directiva en su sesión Nº 4572, artículo 2, inciso VIII,\nde 10 de julio de 1995 y publicado en el Diario Oficial La Gaceta Nº 140\nde 24 de julio de 1995.\n\n2. Que el\nConsejo Director del Polo Turístico Golfo de Papagayo en su sesión Nº 23-2004,\nartículo 5, inciso c), del 3 de agosto del 2004, ha determinado indispensable\nque para promover los objetivos perseguidos en el Plan Maestro General, es\nconveniente establecer un principio general orientador por el cual se estipule\nun procedimiento uniforme en el que los titulares de las concesiones otorgadas\nen el área que lo consideren necesarios para el desarrollo de su proyecto\nturístico, adopten las regulaciones que permitan la creación de organizaciones\nadministradoras de servicios a cargo de la administración, operación y\nmantenimiento de la infraestructura de las concesiones, así como los\nreglamentos internos con que vayan a operar.\n\n3. Que la\nJunta Directiva igualmente considera apropiado modificar el actual Reglamento\nal Plan Maestro General del Proyecto Turístico Golfo de Papagayo, mediante la\nreforma a su artículo 3º, con un nuevo inciso que incorpore ese nuevo principio\ngeneral orientador del Plan Maestro. That the Regulations of the Master Plan of the Golfo de Papagayo Tourist Project were approved by the Board of Directors in its session No. 4572, article 2, subsection VIII, of July 10, 1995, and published in the Official Gazette La Gaceta No. 140 of July 24, 1995.\n\n2. That the Board of Directors likewise considers it appropriate to modify the current Regulations of the General Master Plan of the Golfo de Papagayo Tourist Project, by amending its article 3, with a new subsection incorporating this new general guiding principle of the Master Plan.
